A trench drain includes a trench, a grating seat and a grating hingedly connected to the trench. The trench has a base wall with peripheral side walls extending upwardly therefrom and an outwardly-extending peripheral flange. The grating seat is configured to receive the grating. The peripheral side walls of the trench have a pair of opposing elongated slots formed therein and the grating has a pair of posts on opposing ends thereof. Each of the pair of posts on the grating are received in a respective one of the pair of opposing elongated slots of the trench to establish an axis of rotation.

Elevator trench drain

A drain assembly for installation in a shower floor, the drain assembly including a drain body including an upper surface defining a top side, and a lower surface opposite the upper surface defining a bottom side. The drain assembly also defines an aperture extending along an axis through the drain body between the upper surface and the lower surface and includes an outlet having a flange and an elongated body. When assembled, the elongated body is configured to extend below the lower surface of the drain body when the flange rests on the upper surface. The drain assembly also includes one or more fasteners configured to couple the outlet to the drain body to form a water-tight seal therebetween, where each of the one or more fasteners are accessible from the top side.

Modular drain assembly for pod constructed room

A modular room includes a floor having an upper surface, and a lower surface. The floor defines a floor height between the upper surface and the lower surface, and the floor defines a through aperture. At least three walls have a lower end connected to the floor and an upper end extend away from the floor, a ceiling is connected to the upper end of the walls, and a drain body is positioned in the floor aperture. The drain body has an upper surface and a lower surface and defines a drain body height between the upper and lower surfaces. The drain body height is less than the floor height, such that the drain body does not extend above the upper surface of the floor or below the lower surface of the flow while the drain body is positioned in the aperture in the floor.

A trench drain includes a trench and a grating hingedly connected to the trench. The trench has a base wall with peripheral side walls extending upwardly therefrom and the trench defines a trench volume therein. The peripheral side walls of the trench have a pair of opposing elongated slots formed therein and the grating has a pair of posts on opposing ends thereof. Each of the pair of posts on the grating are received in a respective one of the pair of opposing elongated slots of the trench.

An elevator trench drain includes a trench and a drain passageway. The trench has a base wall with peripheral side walls extending upwardly therefrom to define a trench volume therein. The drain passageway extends downwardly from the base wall of the trench and places the trench volume in fluid communication with a lower opening of the drain passageway. The drain passageway has a first section proximate the base wall defining a first cross-sectional area and a second section distal the base wall defining a second cross-sectional area. The second cross-sectional area is less than the first cross-sectional area and this reduction in cross-sectional area produces a head pressure that increases the flow out of the lower opening.

A one-piece faceplate for supporting a wall mounted toilet above a floor surface having a faceplate body that defines a receiving hole extending therethrough configured to receive a waste discharge conduit is provided. Further, a support member extends from at least one surface of the faceplate body that is configured to contact the floor surface, thereby providing support to a wall mounted toilet. The support member is non-adjustable relative to the faceplate body. The faceplate body has a collar extending outwardly therefrom around the periphery of the receiving hole. The receiving hole is adapted to receive contents from the waste discharge conduit upon threadable engagement with the collar. Additionally, a method for providing a faceplate for supporting a wall mounted toilet is also provided.

Carrier faceplate

A stabilizing collar which is adapted to fasten to a drain pipe for stabilizing a drain. The stabilizing collar in the form of a ring includes an opening between an inner surface for receipt of a pipe and defines an engagement member for securing the body to the pipe and a support receiving member adapted to receive a support member for supporting the drain on the stabilizing collar. The present invention further provides for a method of installing the stabilizing collar to stabilize a receptacle body of the drain. The receptacle body is attached to the pipe and the support members are adjusted so that they contact the receptacle body and therefore provide support to keep the receptacle body at the same slope as the floor level.

Floor drain stabilizer ring

A drain support pan assembly has a drain body support pan which has a rectangular-shaped body connected to a rectangular-shaped drain receptacle body for use in floor drains. The distance between the support pan and receptacle body can be adjusted according to the depth of the floor space by selecting a predetermined length for the fasteners. The support pan has a center passageway for receiving a drain pipe and several slots that align with threaded passageways in the receptacle body for receiving the fasteners. The support pan contains concentric knock-out sections which can be removed for enlarging the diameter of the center passageway to accommodate varying diameter drain pipes or pipe connections for particular use in a deep floor space, and also has a rectangular knock-out section which can be removed for receiving the rectangular-shaped drain receptacle for use in a narrow floor space.

Drain body support pan

The present invention is a post yard hydrant with controlled adjustable flow. The post yard hydrant includes a valve housing located below ground level for connection to a water supply under pressure, a head portion with an integral discharge nozzle positioned above ground level, and a casing portion with a first end connected to the head portion and a second end connected to the valve housing. The post yard hydrant further includes an operating rod disposed in the casing portion for reciprocation therein and an operating means configured to interact through a flow control linkage to reciprocate the operating rod. The flow control linkage is adapted to adjust water flow from a trickle level to a full pressure level.
