According to one embodiment, a method, computer system, and computer program product for processing a secure data phone request are provided. The embodiment may include identifying a user participating in a voice call by a user voice signature. The embodiment may also include identifying a verbal request, received during the voice call, for the identified user to provide sensitive information. The embodiment may further include identifying, upon authorization of the identified user, a response from a repository of stored, pre-recorded responses associated with the identified user that satisfies the request, where the stored responses are stored as a pre-recorded voice clip or a pre-recorded number sequence on the client computing device.

Non-verbal sensitive data authentication

Systems and methods for utilizing a mnemonic to communicate sensitive data to an agent are disclosed. In aspects, a computer-implemented method comprises: establishing a telephone connection between a caller and an agent; entering an encryption key received from the agent into a mnemonic application of the computer device to permute an algorithm of the mnemonic application; receiving sensitive data in the form of one or more alphabetic, numeric or alpha-numeric sequence; initiating the mnemonic application to generate a mnemonic of the sensitive data using the encryption key, wherein the mnemonic is a sequence of words representing the sensitive data; displaying the mnemonic to the caller; and conveying audio communication of the mnemonic to the agent through the telephone connection to enable remote decoding of the mnemonic back into the at least one sensitive number sequence.

A method, computer system, and computer program product for processing a secure data phone request are provided. The embodiment may include receiving a plurality of user responses to one or more security questions. The embodiment may also include identifying, during a phone call, a request for sensitive information by a call participant. The embodiment may also include transmitting the identified response to the call participant.

Aspects of the present invention disclose a method, computer program product, and system for capturing and transposing user behavioral data. The method includes determining that a user enters a first venue based on tracking a computing device of the user. The method further includes capturing behavioral data of the user in the first venue as the user interacts with a first product, where the captured behavioral data is saved to a database. The method further includes responsive to determining that the user enters a second venue, determining a set of recommendations for the user that has entered the second venue, based on the behavioral data in the user profile and a product available to the user in the second venue. The method further includes generating a recommendation to a user.

Transposable behavior data

User behaviors are monitored, by machine logic, during a visit to a venue by a user, the user behaviors associated with user interactions with items in the venue, a location of the items being tracked. In real-time, based, at least in part, on the user behaviors and the items, a subsequent behavior of the user is predicted, by machine logic, the predicting resulting in predicted behavior(s). Cognitive recommendations are provided, by machine logic, to the user in real-time during the visit, the cognitive recommendations corresponding to additional item(s) based, at least in part, on the predicted behaviors and the items. A system, method and apparatus for autonomically assisting in the creation of an administrative policy. The method can include detecting a stimuli in a system under study and monitoring a response by a systems administrator to the stimuli. The stimuli and the response can be forwarded to a policy maker suited to analyze the stimuli and the response. Also, the policy maker can be queried for a preferred response to the stimuli. Based upon the preferred response to the stimuli, a policy for responding to the stimuli can be formulated. As such, the policy can be enforced in managing the system under study. Moreover, the policy can be forwarded for future consideration to the systems administrator.

A method of monitoring instant messaging usage can include identifying an instant messaging session between a plurality of participants, selecting a participant in the instant messaging session, identifying at least one attribute of the instant messaging session, and identifying at least one attribute of the selected participant. The method further can include determining an instant messaging usage metric for the selected participant according to the at least one attribute of the instant messaging session and the at least one attribute of the selected participant and outputting the instant messaging usage metric of the selected participant.

When a system resource is approaching an overload condition, a corrective action is identified and implemented. Additional outgoing speech spoken by a user associated with the voice call is converted to streamed text data. The streamed text data identified by the voice conversation correlation identifier is sent within an outgoing text stream over the packetized data network. Streamed response text data identified by the voice conversation correlation identifier is received within an incoming text stream over the packetized data network. The received streamed response text data within the incoming text stream is converted to speech output as part of the voice call.

A dependent context is provided for a mobile device. The dependent context is a context-dependent logical grouping of specified content for display on the mobile device, and may be provided by: receiving an indication of the specified content for inclusion in the dependent context; loading the specified content into the mobile device; and activating the dependent context on the mobile device. The activating may include activating the dependent context in a display interface of the mobile device. In enhanced aspects, subsequent to the activating, the dependent context may be automatically deactivated. The automatically deactivating, which may be based on time, a calendar day, an event, a location of the device, etc., may include automatically removing the dependent context from the display interface of the mobile device.

Embodiments of the present invention disclose a method for providing a technical solution for model driven development. Program code is analyzed to determine the execution sequence of states of the program code. The program code is generated by performing a first transformation to a model. The model includes an abstract description of a business implemented by the program code. At least part of the statement of the program code is grouped into functional blocks. A visual representation of the program code is created. The visual representation is based on the execution sequence and the functional blocks. A code snipped is determined to be preserved in the program code based on a user's annotation of the visual representation. The code snippety is to be preserved in new program code generated by performing a second transformation to the model. The second transformation is executed after the first transformation.
