Systems, methods, and software can be used to handle security events of a device based on remediation actions and recovery actions. In some aspects, a method comprises: receiving, by a security gateway, a security event notification associated with a device; determining, by the security gateway and based on the security event notification, a risk level of the device; determining, by the security gateway and based on the risk level, a set of remediation actions and recovery actions; and sending, by the security gateway, an action plan indicating the set of remediation actions and recovery actions.

Handling security events based on remediation actions and recovery actions

A gateway device performs authentication with an interconnect system that coordinates communication of data among a plurality of personal clouds. The gateway device is part of a first personal cloud that includes electronic devices. Data is communicated between the first personal cloud and at least a second personal cloud based on information in the interconnect system, wherein the communication is performed according to at least one rule provided at the gateway device, wherein the at least one rule includes at least one criterion relating to data to be shared among the plurality of personal clouds.

Communicating data among personal clouds

A wireless or handheld device or phone is equipped with corner sensors which control functioning of the device. The corner sensors are configured based how a user holds the handheld device while utilizing the corner sensors. The corner sensors may also be configured based on a spatial orientation of the handheld device. The corner sensors may be configured based on which hand or hands control the corner sensors, the dexterity of the fingers controlling the sensors and/or the spatial orientation of the device. The corner sensors may include a touch sensor, a trackpad and/or a pressure sensor and may detect various single sensor inputs or simultaneous gestures. The device may sense when it is held in a hand and may disable the corner sensors when it is not held.

A system and method are provided for allowing a user to define and subscribe to channels of information to be pushed to a wireless device. In defining a channel a specific area of a web page is selected by the user to be monitored for change. The user may also select data to be pushed should a change be detected. A regular expression is created to match the area of interest for changes and if changes occur to push the desired content to the wireless device. Icons on the wireless device alert the user to any unread pushed content. Users may also subscribe to predefined channels, or modify predefined channels should they have the security authorization to do so.

Community-based method and system for creating and subscribing to dynamic push channels

A system and method are provided for filtering data be pushed from a server to a communication device in accordance with a set of predefined rules. Data to be pushed to the communication device is received at the server. A content filter engine is used to determine at the server whether the data meets criteria established by the set of predefined rules, the set of predefined rules having been established by a user of the communication device via a user interface. The data is transmitted to the communication device only if the data is not filtered by the set of predefine rules.

System and method for filter content pushed to client device

A method and apparatus to impart a coating layer on the surface of decorative mouldings that are widely used in the externally insulated finishing systems (EIFS) in the construction industry. The method is a sequence of mechanically advancing a core, constructed from pre-formed expanded polystyrene (EPS, in a straight horizontal plane through a coating chamber/hopper with templates conforming to the desired decorative profile. The apparatus is a rectangular box with a funneled opening at the top with adjustable internal plates to direct the material from the sides of the box toward the pre-formed core that is being coated. Two plates on the bottom of the box support the pre-formed core and are adjustable to leave an opening in the center so that excess material can fall through the bottom after coating the last core. The templates are designed to be interchangeable with other coating apparatus designed by the inventor to produce start strips, decorative mouldings, wall panel sections and columns commonly used in the construction industry.
