A system and method of testing an integrated circuit provide a first clock signal to a first flip-flop with an output to a functional circuit, provide a second clock signal to a second flip-flop with an input from the functional circuit, wherein the second flip-flip has a minimum hold time, provide a test input to the first flip-flop, observe a signal propagation time through the functional circuit, determine the signal propagation time is less than the minimum hold time of the second flip-flop, and increasing a timing separation by adding a unit of delay to the first clock signal or subtracting a unit of delay from the second clock signal.

A speaker stand has a base, an upright, and one or more quick release speaker couplers. The base has a plurality of arms, anchors, and optional removable stability plates. The upright has a lower vertical riser defining a first vertical riser longitudinal axis, an upper vertical riser parallel with and axially offset from the first vertical riser longitudinal axis, and an angled intermediate riser connecting the lower and upper vertical risers together. The quick release speaker coupler suspends a loudspeaker enclosure bracket to the upper vertical riser even when not clamped thereto, while providing three displaced axes of rotation for the loudspeaker enclosure, two that are parallel to the lower vertical riser longitudinal axis and one angularly offset thereto, and at least one axis of reciprocation. The radial offset of the loudspeaker from the upper vertical riser centers the mass of the loudspeaker enclosure with the base.

A waveform generator can configure one or more direct current (DC) waveforms to provide a continuous partial nerve conduction block. One or more electrodes can deliver the one or more DC waveforms to provide the partial block to the neural structure. Feedback can be provided to the waveform generator related to the partial block. The feedback includes monitoring a property associated with the partial block and altering a parameter associated with the one or more direct current waveforms in response to the property associated with the partial block.

A self-powered in-core detector arrangement for measuring flux in a nuclear reactor core includes a first in-core detector and a second in-core detector. The first in-core detector includes a first flux detecting material, a first lead wire extending longitudinally from a first axial end of the first flux detecting material, a first insulating material surrounding outer diameters of the first flux detecting material and the first lead wire and a first sheath surrounding the first insulating material. The first sheath includes a first section surrounding the first flux detecting material and a second section surrounding the first lead wire. The first section of the first sheath has a greater outer diameter than the second section of the first sheath. The second in-core detector includes a second flux detecting material, a second lead wire extending longitudinally from a first axial end of the second flux detecting material, a second insulating material surrounding outer diameters of the second flux detecting material and the second lead wire, and a second sheath surrounding the second insulating material. The second sheath includes a first section surrounding the second flux detecting material and a second section surrounding the second lead wire. The first section of the second sheath has a greater outer diameter than the second section of the second sheath. The first section of the first sheath is axially offset from the first section of the second sheath and radially aligned with the second section of second sheath.

One variation of a method for autonomously training animals to respond to oral commands includes: prompting a user to select a training protocol; prompting the user to record a first audio clip of the user reciting a voice command associated with a target pose within the training protocol, the user affiliated with the animal; accessing a video feed recorded by an optical sensor during a first training session; in the video feed, detecting the animal within a working field; while the animal is detected in the working field, playing back the first audio clip; in the video feed, detecting a current pose of the animal; calculating a deviation between the current pose of the animal and the target pose; in response to the deviation falling within a threshold: playing an audio clip of a secondary reinforcer; and dispensing a unit of a primary reinforcer via an integrated dispenser.

An industrial process transmitter includes a housing, sensor circuitry, transmitter circuitry, and a radiation shield. The sensor circuitry is contained in the housing, and is configured to sense a process parameter and generate a sensor output that is indicative of the sensed process parameter. The transmitter circuitry is contained in the housing, and is configured to communicate the sensed process parameter to an external unit. The radiation shield substantially surrounds a portion of the housing containing the sensor circuitry and shields the sensor circuitry from gamma radiation.

Disclosed herein are system, method, and computer program product embodiments for reconciliation needed to enable access to accelerated contribution funded accounts (CFAs). An embodiment operates by configuring a management database to store a linked CFA associated with a CFA and an asset-transfer on demand account (ATODA). A transfer processing system of a provider may receive a transfer file from an employer. The transfer processing system may delay transfer reconciliation of the linked CFA until a transferred amount is received. During transfer reconciliation, the transfer processing system may resolve the ATODA using the received transferred amount. Upon resolution of the ATODA, the contribution processing system may concurrently send information to a bank server and a card server to reconcile the respective bank and card accounts with the linked CFA at the provider.

An embodiment operates by storing MP table configurations within a management database. Upon receiving a plan offering for an employee, an MP table selection component of the management system may select an MP table configuration from the stored MP table configurations. The MP table selection component may configure an MP table using the selected MP table configuration by enabling access indicators of respective account types of the MP table that satisfy at least one of the received plurality of accounts in the plan offering. Upon configuration of the MP table, a distribution component of the management system may send the MP configuration to a card vendor configured to process claims received at the card vendor.

A contribution processing system of a provider may receive a contributions file from an employer. The contribution processing system may delay contribution reconciliation of the linked CFA until a contribution amount is received. During contribution reconciliation, the contribution processing system may resolve the CFAOD using the received contribution amount such that the amount borrowed is minimized before funding the CFA with a remaining contribution amount. Upon resolution of the CFAOD, the contribution processing system may concurrently send information to a bank server and a card server to reconcile the respective bank and card accounts with the linked CFA at the provider.

Reconciliation for enabling accelerated access to contribution funded accounts

Apparatus and methods for detecting, characterizing, and compensating motion-related error of moving micro-entities are described. Motion-related error may occur in streams of moving micro-entities, and may represent a deviation in and expected arrival time or an uncertainty in position of a micro-entity within the stream. Motion-related error of micro-entities is observed in a flow cytometer, e.g., as pulse jitter, and is found to have a functional dependence on a parameter of the system. The pulse jitter can be compensated, according to one embodiment, by adjusting data acquisition observation windows. For the flow cytometer, a reduction of pulse jitter can improve measurement accuracy, resolution of doublets, system throughput, and enable an increase in an interrogation region for probing the micro-entities.
