A non-transitory computer readable storage medium includes executable instructions to deliver to a community of users an email with a widget including a graphical user interface that solicits input. Solicited input is collected from the community of users via the widget. The email is revised to dynamically display at least a portion of the solicited input.

Apparatus and method for interactive email

A sports betting system for creating and processing a sports betting entertainment for a plurality of sports bettors. The sports bettors select a plurality of sporting contests from the at least one sporting category. The sports bettors select at least one of the plurality of sports teams as a winning team in each of the plurality of sporting contests. The at least one of the plurality of sports bettors is selected as the won bettor when the plurality of sports teams selected by the at least one of the plurality of sports bettors has won in the plurality of sporting contests. The sports betting entertainment created by the sports betting system is derived from combining several sporting events from a specific category or specific categories into a single betting opportunity and requiring the bettor to successfully select the winner in a daily specified required number of contests.

Herein are described compositions useful in the purification of hydrocarbon-contaminated liquids (e.g., oil-contaminated water), methods of their manufacture, and methods of their use. In one instance, the composition can include a porous agricultural substrate selected from the group consisting of walnut shell, pecan shell, apricot pit, peach pit, corn cob, and a mixture thereof; the porous agricultural substrate having an external surface and pores, wherein the external surface is hydrophilic; and an organo-amine carried within the pores of the porous agricultural substrate. Modified walnut shell and use

An automatic lift stand and case. The automatic lift stand and case includes a body having an opening and containing a platform. A latch mechanism is configured to maintain the platform in a lower position within the body. One or more resilient stored force devices are configured to move the platform from the lower position towards the opening of the body when the latch mechanism is released. One or more springs are pivotably coupled to the body and the platform, the length of each spring is substantially parallel to the platform when the platform is in the lower position and pivots to lift the platform as the platform is lifted towards the opening of the body by the one or more resilient stored force devices. Each spring is configured to lift the platform to a higher position when the resilient stored force devices pull the platform towards the opening of the body.

Automatic lift stand and case

A drumstick of the character used in an orchestra or band having an elongated hollow body partially filled with a number of small sound pellets to which various types of tips can be interconnected. The body portion of the drumstick is preferably constructed from a polycarbonate plastic tubing or like material so that movement and vibration of the drumstick will cause the pellets to rattle within the hollow body in a manner to produce a wide variety of rhythmic sounds. An infinite number of sounds can be produced by varying the angle at which the drumstick is held and by varying the number and character of the pellets contained within the hollow housing.

A game in which a flat display panel is suspended by a string or cord around the neck of a player so that the panel is on the back of the player. The panel is provided with hooks or snaps to detachably mount a card thereon containing information on a face of the card so that the information is visible to players but not to the player wearing the card. The cards are divided into categories of information, such as famous people, and each player attempts to guess the identity of the person of the category to which his card relates.
