A recreational vehicle air conditioning system supports multiple recreational vehicle air conditioning units having closed air conditioning circuits and a controller that is electronically coupled to each of the recreational vehicle air conditioning units to control each of the closed air conditioning circuits to regulate an overall power consumption of the multiple recreational vehicle air conditioning units. A recreational vehicle air conditioning system may also support multiple recreational vehicle air conditioning units where a refrigerant line set is coupled between the recreational vehicle air conditioning units such that a compressor in one of the recreational vehicle air conditioning units is capable of supplying refrigerant to the evaporators of the multiple recreational vehicle air conditioning units, and such that valves coupled in series with each of the evaporators may be regulated to control cooling by each recreational vehicle air conditioning unit.

A dehumidifier without a condensate tank is provided. The dehumidifier may include a housing, one or more outlets, and no condensate tank. The dehumidifier may be positioned directly above a floor drain and/or a drain within a utility sink during operation. The dehumidifier may include a pump. The dehumidifier may include one or more sensors.

A portable dehumidifier includes a remote moisture sensor that is capable of being physically positioned at a location that is remote from a portable housing of the portable dehumidifier to sense moisture at the location. In some instances, the remote moisture sensor may be positioned near or on clothing in order to sense the dryness of the clothing and/or positioned near or on floors, walls, furniture, etc., in order sense the dryness thereof in connection with water damage restoration.

A hybrid window air conditioning unit is disclosed. The hybrid window air conditioning unit may include an indoor unit and an outdoor unit operatively connected by a connection unit. The connection unit may have an interior channel containing refrigerant piping and electrical wiring connecting between the indoor unit and the outdoor unit. In some embodiments, the hybrid air conditioning may include a height-adjustable outdoor unit mounting assembly to allow the outdoor unit to be disposed substantially flush with or below a window.

An air conditioning unit is disclosed. The air conditioning unit may include a makeup air system having a makeup air duct with a first end and a second end. The makeup air duct may be separate structure built in a bottom plate of the air conditioning unit and define an air flow passage in fluid communication between the first end and the second end to allow makeup air to flow therethrough.
