A depleted sequencing library can be prepared by providing a composition comprising a heterogeneous mixture of linear nucleic acids having a first terminus and a second terminus. A first subset of target nucleic acids and a second subset of non-target nucleic acids can include a first adaptor region at the first terminus and a second adaptor region at the second terminus. A third subset of the target nucleic acids and a fourth subset of the non-target nucleic acids include the second adaptor region at the first terminus and at the second terminus. Removable blocker oligonucleotides can be added to the composition, non-target nucleic acids can be removed from the composition by sequence capture to bait oligonucleotides, and the composition can be treated to reduce a quantity of free blocker oligonucleotides that are not annealed to an adaptor sequence or to a sequence substantially complementary to an adaptor sequence.

Systems and methods for routing activity information related to objects in an external application to activity feeds associated with users in a collaboration group are disclosed. When activity information is received, it is routed to collaboration group feeds and user feeds based on a set of routing tables. The routing tables associated objects with events, containers, collaboration groups, and finally users. Based on the routing tables, users who belong to a collaboration groups that are associated with a particular object may see the activity information about that object rendered in an activity feed if the external application grants them permission to access the object. Accordingly, security associated with the object in the external application can be maintained when event information about that object is shared in an activity feed in a collaboration system.

A method of creating a 3-D model by capturing partial 3-D models each comprising a sequence of 2-D images, analyzing each of the partial 3-D models to identify image features in the sequence of 2-D images of each of the partial 3-D models, identifying pairs of overlapping image features between the 2-D mages of each of the partial 3-D models by identifying image features in each 2-D image in the sequence of 2-D images of each of the partial 3-D models that overlaps image features in 2-D images of the sequence of 2-D images of the other partial 3-D models and selecting a 2-d image from each of the partial 3-D models, computing an initial transformation between 3-D coordinates of individual pairs of identified image features between the selected 2-D image from each of the partial 3-D models; and generating a final 3-D model based on the initial transformation.
