A freezeless hydrant includes an operating screw positioned within a head member, an operating coupling mating with the operating screw, an operating rod coupled to the operating coupling and a plug and a valve seat. Movement of the operating rod in one direction disengages the plug from the valve seat permitting water to flow through the casing and an opening of a set screw forcing a ball against an O-ring seal. Movement of the operating rod in an opposite direction causes alignment of a radial opening in the operating coupling with a passageway in the operating screw. The operating rod engages the valve seat preventing water from flowing through the casing and allowing the ball to fall away from the O-ring seal. Air enters a chamber of the operating screw thereby draining water from the chamber and out of the radial opening of the operating coupling.

Freezeless hydrant

The present invention is a wall hydrant box having a unitary front plate welded onto a front portion of the wall hydrant box. The unitary front plate is sufficiently sized to allow a ring or any other such structure to be mounted to a rear portion of the wall hydrant box, so that the structure is obscured when the wall hydrant is viewed from the front. The unitary front plate also provides a uniform and aesthetic look to the front of the wall hydrant box.

A fixture carrier including two uprights spaced apart and secured using cross bars that permit the center-to-center distance between the uprights to be adjusted. In conjunction with this horizontal adjustment, vertically adjustable support members mounted upon each upright provides a factory-assembled fixture carrier that may be easily adjusted in the field to accommodate horizontal distances between the uprights and vertical positions of the support members. Supporting arms for carrying the fixture are secured to each support member.

An automatic grease interceptor for separating grease, fats and oils from wastewater is disclosed. The interceptor includes an interceptor chamber having an inlet, an outlet chamber with an outlet and a removable baffle positioned within the interceptor chamber. A grease removal device is attached to the interceptor chamber for removing accumulated grease from the interceptor chamber. A grease level sensor is positioned within the interceptor chamber at a first threshold level, wherein an indication of grease at the first threshold level by the first grease level sensor will activate the grease removal mechanism to thereby automatically remove grease from the interceptor chamber.
