A method and system for advertising that provides advertisers with a marketing database listing contact information for all potential consumers who received a promotional item from that advertiser and decided to retain the promotional item for future use. The promotional item is a tag bearing an advertisement, a contact identifier and a unique tag identifier. After receiving the tag from an advertiser, each recipient is instructed to attach the tag to a personal property item and to register the item with a processing facility that, with the use of an information storage and retrieval system, will create a master database comprising each recipient's contact information and tag identifier. The master database can be used to arrange for the return of a lost personal property item bearing a registered tag. The master database can also be sorted and contact information can be extracted therefrom to generate a marketing database for transmittal to advertisers.

Advertising method and system

A bed skirt for use over the lower part of a bed having a foot and opposed spaced sides and a horizontally extending mattress supported on a bedstead formed by a frame and legs, said bed skirt extending over the legs of the bed to provide a desired enclosure for the lower portion of the bed to minimize dust accumulations under the bed and to provide a decorative enclosure for the lower part of the bed. The bed skirt is formed with a vertically extending skirt portion or flounce dimensioned to extend along at least the foot and opposed sides of the bed from a point close to the floor to a point above the legs of the bed. Secured to the top edge of the skirt by a single continuous line of stitching is a retaining strip which extends horizontally from the upper edge of the skirt portion over at least a part of the bed frame, preferably a distance such as to cover the edge of the horizontal surface of the mattress support. A plurality of spaced complementary fastening elements of a hook and loop type of fastening element are secured to the retaining strip therealong and a plurality of mating complementary fastening elements of said hook and loop type of fastening elements are provided adhesively securable to a horizontal surface of the bed frame, preferably the mattress support, at points such that the spacing of said fastening elements on the horizontal surface of the bed frame matches the spacing of the hook and loop elements secured to said retaining element, whereby said retaining element and its associated skirt portion may be selectively positioned along the side and bottom edges of the bed and held in this pre-selected position.

Bed skirt

An improved vertical conveyor oven is provided which facilitates the flow of heated air within the oven. The oven includes a housing having a first open end, side walls and a rear wall. An access door secured to the housing at the housing first open end. A perimeter ducting system is formed within the housing, defining an interior heating chamber. The ducting system includes a first portion disposed about and extending inwardly from the housing side walls and rear wall, and a second portion disposed upon and extending inwardly from the access door. A combustion chamber is provided within the housing below the interior heating chamber. A heat circulation fan is provided within the housing above the interior heating chamber. The heat circulation fan operates to draw heated air from the combustion chamber upward through the heating chamber and downward between the ducting system and the housing, exterior to the heating chamber.

Vertical oven

A clip and method of using same to facilitate the positioning of a cover of the typical rectangular bag-like type over a typical rectangular bedding item such as a blanket, quilt, comforter or the like. The clip is formed with two opposed selectively engageable jaws dimensioned to permit engagement of the corners of the bedding item and cover therebetween. The clip is formed with a padded cover overlying the outside surfaces of the clip. In use, the cover typically formed with a closed end and an open end is turned inside out and positioned so that the closed corners of the inside out bag lie adjacent the corners of the bedding item. These adjacent corners of the cover and bedding item are then clipped together using one clip at each corner. The cover is then drawn over the bedding item to turn the cover right side out and simultaneously enclose the bedding item. The free corners of the cover and bedding item may if desired be clipped together, preferably within the cover.
