A user requests to join a meeting is detected. The meeting includes a meeting audio stream of one or more participant audio streams that include participant timestamps that correspond to when one or more other users are in the meeting. The user is prompted for an authentication credential based on the detecting the request to join the meeting. A participant profile of the user is determined based the authentication credential. The user is authorized access to the meeting and a first timestamp is saved. A first audio stream of the user is recorded. The user is identified as having left the meeting and a second timestamp is saved. A transcript of the meeting audio stream is generated based on the first audio stream and the one or more participant audio streams. The first timestamp, the second timestamp, and the meeting are associated with the participant profile.

Resource lock ownership identification is provided across processes and systems of a clustered computing environment by a method which includes saving by a process, based on a user acquiring a resource lock, a lock information record to a shared data structure of the clustered computing environment. The lock information record includes user identification data identifying the user-owner of the resource lock acquired on a system executing the process. The method also includes referencing, by another process, the lock information record of the shared data structure to ascertain the user identification data identifying the user-owner of the resource lock, and thereby facilitate processing within the clustered computing environment.

Dynamic overflow processing is provided in a multi-user computing environment, which includes receiving, from a user, a request for a new user session at a port of a process of the multi-user computing environment, where the process supports multiple users via the port, and determining that accommodating the new user session will result in resource usage of the process exceeding a predetermined capacity threshold for the process. Based on determining that capacity threshold will be exceeded, the process redirects the request for the new user session to an overflow process started by the process, where the overflow process is an additional instance of the process running within the multi-user computing environment. The process receives a response from the overflow process to the request for the new user session, and forwards the received response to the request for the new user session to the user.

A computer system, a method, and a computer application that creates a view of the properties of a set of objects that have a common property adapter. A user may select some or all of the objects and some or all of the properties to include in the view created by the object set property view. Upon selection of an object by a user, the method and application retrieve the children of the object using a preexisting content adapter. The object set property viewer then ascertains if the children have the same property adapter, also preexisting. If so, the property adapter is retrieved, along with the associated property descriptors and functions of the adapter. The object set property viewer creates a new view, preferably in the form of a table wherein the rows (columns) are of the children objects and the columns (rows) are of the properties of interest. Because of inheritance, and functionality associated with the property is also inherited so that the object set property view may permit a user to sort, align, and/or edit the values of the properties.

Embodiments of the present invention provide a method, system and computer program product for a distributed resource understanding tool. In one embodiment of the invention, a distributed resources understanding tool data processing system can include an IDE configured for operation in a local development platform coupled to a remote host, a local implementation of a resource understanding tool coupled to the IDE, a remote implementation of the resource understanding tool associated with the remote host, and resource understanding tool synchronization logic. The logic can include program code enabled to invoke the local implementation of the resource understanding tool, further invoke the remote implementation of the resource understanding tool, combine results sets produced by each of the local and remote implementations of the resource understanding tool to produce a composite results set, and render the composite results set in the IDE.

A source container for use in a computer system executing problem determination tools in an integrated environment across a computer network, the source container comprising a list of pathways to a plurality of source files and module objects. A software development may create the source container independently or within the front end of a problem determination tool. The front end of the problem determination tools sends the source container to its engine, and only source files and module objects having a pathway in the source container are analyzed within the engine of the problem determination tool. Furthermore, the results of the analysis of only those source files and module objects having a pathway in the source container are returned to the front end of the problem determination tool for viewing by the software developer. The front ends of the tools of the integrated development environment, the source files, the module objects, the engines of the tools, and different tools may all be located on different servers and/or clients across a computer network.

A system and method of using an example document to create another document with the same style. The style is determined by examining the example file for syntax patterns that are required in a document of this type. Each pattern is used to create a section template (a sub-template for a larger template). After all the required sub-templates have been defined, by examining the example, we have a document template that may be used to format new documents. Along with user-specific content, a document generator uses the captured document template to generate sections of a new document. When a section of a document is generated, the sub-template that corresponds to that section of a document is inserted with user-specific content. The generated file ends up with the same kind of text spacing and positioning, ordering of sections, presence of annotations and other nonfunctional attributes as the example.

An improved solution for managing a file system that includes an archive is provided. In particular, a request for a file system operation can be received and performed on an object that is stored in an archive. The file system operation can be received from a first computer and performed on the object on a second computer. Further, an archive manager can be included that manages an extensible set of archive handlers. In this case, each archive handler can implement a set of file system operations for archives of a particular archive type.

System for capturing document style by example

A system and method for integrating command shell into a graphical user interface (GUI) in order to provide a single user interface (UI), so that a user need not work in different environments for different tasks are provided. An output response from the command shell is typically one or more lines of text from an output stream such as standard error or standard output. To accomplish the integration, a user is enabled to enter shell commands from the GUI. Output responses from the commands are interpreted to determine how to represent objects in the responses. The interpretation may be by pattern matching with regular expressions. If a shell command produces lines of command output, which when interpreted (e.g. indicating a file or folder), map to some other object model (e.g. a file subsystem) in the GUI, appropriate model objects (e.g., a file or folder icon) are created and rendered into the GUI as a response to the shell command.

Method for capturing document style by example

A dynamic generic framework for distributed tooling comprising a system for creating, storing and manipulating objects, which includes a datastore, a user interface and tools. In a distributed or client-server environment, a virtual datastore is created on the client, through which updates to the user interface and commands to the tools are routed. Commands and updates are transmitted asynchronously through handlers. The objects in the datastore are all of the same kind and have a predetermined generic or uniform attribute set. The schema is comprised of schema objects in the datastore which schema objects are dynamically created by the tools. The user interface perceives and comprehends the schema and utilizes the schema to identify and display objects in the datastore, the relationships therebetween, and the commands that can be executed thereon.

A system and method for parsing source code written in a high-level programming language at multiple levels may be performed to populate a tree data structure. To obtain information at lower levels, higher levels are parsed. Each level of parsing is performed as a separate stage with the results of higher levels being used to feed parsing at lower levels. The system and method of the present invention provide for parsing at a requested level, not parsing to a lower level than requested.
