The present disclosure relates to toner compositions containing a high loading of white colorant of greater than 30 weight % by weight of the toner and processes thereof. The toner exhibits a lightness (L*) of at least 75.

Disclosed is toner particles having controlled and tailorable fusing characteristics. In particular, emulsion aggregate toner compositions that use two different emulsion aggregation (EA) technologies and which comprise a base resin composed of both styrene-acrylate and polyester resins. These toner compositions further include polyaluminum chloride (PAC) instead of the more commonly used aluminum sulfate as the flocculant or aggregating agent.

The present embodiments relate to processes of preparing toner particles. More specifically, the processes produce toner particles having high pigment loadings and desired circularity. The processes include diluting the aggregated particulate mixture prior to coalescence.
