Each head member is formed with an inner surface providing a corresponding female taper for receiving the male taper of each stem-body element. The engagement of the female taper on the male taper defines a space above the collar and a passageway extending from the space between the head member and the collar and provides a mechanical connection between the head and the stem-body element.
