An animated foldable card that includes a base page, shield page, first intermediate page and second intermediate page all having top, bottom, left and right edges. The shield page includes a window defined therein and its bottom edge is hingedly connected to the top edge of the base page. The right edge of the first intermediate page is hingedly connected to the left edge of the base page, and the right edge of the second intermediate page is hingedly connected to the left edge of the first intermediate page. The card also includes a moveable page having top, bottom, left and right edges. The right edge of the moveable page is hingedly connected to the left edge of the second intermediate page, and the moveable page includes one of either a plurality of shutter elements or at least one coded image associated therewith. Either the base page or the shield page includes the other of the plurality of shutter elements and the at least one coded image associated therewith.

Animated foldable card

A food container has a box base with four side panels and four bottom flaps extending from the respective side panels to close the floor of the box base leaving the top open. The bottom flaps are so designed and glued together that the box sides can be folded flat for stacking and then unfolded into a box structure having its bottom wall closed automatically. The box base provides food-receiving area while carrying and serving the eatery. Raised from the top of the box base are circumferential edges defining a tray top. The tray top carries out the decorative role when it is popped open as is possible thanks to the inventive folding scheme implemented in the tray top. The tray top also has carrying handles for the user. The front face of the tray top in the serving mode can be decorated with various cutouts shaped as interesting objects.

Pop up tray container

A novelty piece is fabricated from a single sheet of paper printed on both sides with indicia in registration. Scoring, perforating and cut lines are provided at predetermined positions and an adhesive is applied at preselected locations and the sheet is then folded and adhered in the folded position. a second fold into an adhered position followed by a trimming yields a completed piece ready for use. The completed piece can be selectively opened into one of two positions to display different indicia. The selective display of different indicia with either opened position can be utilized to create illusions or a multiple selection or fortune telling game.

Multi-surface novelty piece and method for making the same

A novelty piece is fabricated from a continuous roll of paper printed on both sides with four separate sets of indicia. Fold lines and cut lines are provided at predetermined positions, an adhesive is applied at preselected locations, the sheet is then folded and the pieces are cut out ready for use. The final piece can be folded in a second position showing one face or side, opened to a third position showing a different face or side, opened to a fourth position showing still another different face or side, and finally opened to a the original starting position showing the original face or side. The method is particularly suited to roll fed printing presses such as the web type of press.

A novelty piece is fabricated from a single sheet of paper printed on both sides with four separate sets of indicia. Fold lines and cut lines are provided at predetermined positions and an adhesive is applied at preselected locations and the sheet is then folded. After the adhesive sets, the pieces are cut out ready for use. The final piece can be folded in a first position showing one face or side, opened to a second position showing a different face or side, opened to a third position slowing still another different face or side, and finally opened to a fourth position showing another different face or side.

Multi-sided novelty piece and method for making the same

A collapsible game (10) is disclosed having the rear face (20) of a first panel (14) secured to the back of a box (12) or like product. A second panel (16) is integrally formed and pivotal about the bottom edge (18) of the first panel (14) between a first, abutting position and a second, angular position. The panels (14, 16) are formed of paper stock with the box (12) and the support surface upon which the box (12) is placed providing external support for the panels (14, 16). A goal (48) is simultaneously pivotal with the panels (14, 16) between a first, flat condition intermediate the panels (14, 16) in the first position and a second condition with the goal (48) three dimensionally spaced from the panels (14, 16) in the second position. The goal (48) is integrally formed from a single blank and is planar in the flat condition. The panels (14, 16) are releasably held in the abutting position by side and top flaps (40, 44) integrally formed with the panels (14, 16) when the game is in its manufactured, collapsed, one-piece condition. The panels (14, 16) are releasably held and removably fastened in the abutting position by a tab (106) and a slot (108) die cut in the panels (14, 16) after the flaps (40, 44) have been released.
