A bimini for a boat includes a cover mountable to the boat and an inflation system arranged in fluid communication with the bimini. The bimini is transformable between a stowed position, a retracted position, and an extended position. The bimini is transformable between the retracted position and the extended position via operation of the inflation system.

A ratchet strap tensioning mechanism includes a barrel defining an axis of rotation and a body and a handle coupled via the barrel. Each of the body, handle and barrel is independently rotatable about the axis of rotation. At least one ratchet gear wheel is mounted to the barrel at a position between a portion of the body and the handle. A driver rotatably drives the at least one ratchet gear wheel about the axis of rotation and a pawl restricts rotation of the at last one ratchet gear wheel about the axis of rotation. A force indicating device is connected to at least one of the body and the handle. The force indicating device is operable to indicate to a user when a predetermined force is applied to the ratchet strap tensioning mechanism.

A bimini system for use with a support structure includes a bimini assembly transformable between an open configuration and a closed configuration. The bimini assembly includes a frame and a cover affixed to the frame. A gathering system includes a gathering mechanism associated with the cover. The gathering mechanism is movable to at least one of fold and gather the cover as the bimini assembly transforms from the open configuration to the closed configuration.

A clip assembly includes a base plate having an elongated slot, and a rail clip positioned adjacent the base plate. The rail clip is movable within the elongated slot. A locking mechanism is mounted to the base plate and is operably coupled to the rail clip.

Cover for a vehicle

A utility task vehicle includes a vehicle body including an opening. A door is positioned adjacent the opening. The door is configured to pivot about a first axis between an open position and a closed position. A window assembly is positioned adjacent and operably coupled to the door. The window assembly is configured to pivot about a second axis between an open position and a closed position. Rotation of the window assembly about the second axis is driven by rotation of said door about the first axis. In combination, the door and the window assembly substantially seal the opening of the vehicle body.

A utility terrain vehicle is provided including a vehicle body having an opening. A door is positioned adjacent a first portion of said opening. The door is configured to pivot about a first axis between an open position and a closed position. A window assembly is arranged adjacent a second portion of said opening. The window assembly is rotatable about a second axis between an open position and a closed position. In combination, the door and the window assembly substantially seal said opening of the vehicle body when said door is in said closed position and said window assembly is in said closed position.

A swing arm for a stowable bimini frame associable with a tower structure of watercraft is provided including a body associated with the bimini frame. The body is rotatable relative to the tower structure between a first position and a second position. An engagement mechanism selectively engages the body to retain the body in at least one of the first position and the second position.

Molded cover for cleat

A molded pocket of a cover for a transportation vehicle is provided including a body having a complementary upper portion and lower portion configured to define a cavity. A feature of the transportation vehicle is received within the cavity. The lower portion of the body is affixed to the cover. A coupling mechanism is configured to selectively couple at least a part of the upper portion and the lower portion of the body to transform the body between an open position and a closed position.
