If the volume of alerts exceeds the threshold capacity level, alerts in the set of alerts can be prioritized based on risk in descending order and displayed to the human reviewers. In one instance, alerts below a threshold can be hidden from view of the human reviewers and optionally automatically approved. An example method includes receiving, by a computing device, one or more internal complaints each associated with an internal user and one or more external complaints each associated with an external user. An internal user has access to one or more internal applications of the computing device while an external user lacks access to said internal applications. The method further includes determining, via risk evaluation circuitry, one or more risk indicia for each internal complaint and each external complaint. The method includes generating, via integration circuitry, a compiled complaint dataset of the one or more internal complaints and the one or more external complaints. The method may subsequently include ranking, by risk prioritization circuitry, the compiled complaint dataset based upon the risk indicia for each internal complaint and each external complaint.

A computer-implemented method includes receiving a transaction initiation request from a first user via a first computing device. A first micro-location parameter relating to a micro-location of the first computing device is received. Approval of the transaction initiation request is requested from a second user via a second computing device. Approval of the transaction initiation request is received from the second user via the second computing device. A second micro-location parameter relating to a micro-location of the second computing device is received. The transaction is approved if the micro-locations of the first and second computing devices indicate that the first and second computing devices are at least a predetermined distance from each other.
