The overhead door lift assembly integrates a traditional torsion spring and an electrically powered operator into a small package mountable in the available head space of conventional tractor trailers, cargo vehicles or other structures. The lift assembly includes a torsion spring counterbalance, electrical operator, and back tension mechanism. The electrical operator uses an electromagnetic clutch and gearbox that couples directly to the cable drums of the counterbalance. The electromagnetic clutch allows the overhead door to be manually raised and lowered in the event of a power interruption or operator malfunction. The back tension mechanism prevents cables from inadvertently unspooling from cable drums as the operator starts to move the overhead door from its horizontal open position to its vertical closed position.

There is a method of treating or preventing pulmonary arterial hypertension or associated pulmonary arterial hypertension in a patient. There is also a method of treating or preventing pulmonary arterial hypertension or associated pulmonary arterial hypertension in a patient by systemically administering a therapeutically effective amount of a THP1 inhibitor from about 1 mg/kg/day to about 50 mg/kg/day.

Method for treating pulmonary arterial hypertension and associated pulmonary arterial hypertension

There is a method of treating or preventing pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) or associated pulmonary arterial hypertension (APAH) in a patient. The method has the step of systemically administering to the patient a therapeutically effective amount of one or more compounds: (S)-ethyl 8-(2-amino-6-((R)-1-(5-chloro-[1,1'-biphenyl]-2-yl)-2,2,2-trifluoroethoxy)pyrimidin-4-yl)-2,8-diazaspiro[4.5]decane-3-carboxylate or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, or (S)-8-(2-amino-6-((R)-1-(5-chloro-[1,1&#x2032;-biphenyl]-2-yl)-2,2,2-trifluoroeth-oxy)pyrimidin-4-yl)-2,8-diazaspiro[4.5]decane-3-carboxylic acid or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, or a combination of the foregoing. There is also a method of treating or preventing PAH or APAH in a patient by systemically administering a therapeutically effective amount of a THP1 inhibitor from about 1 mg/kg/day to about 50 mg/kg/day. There is a method for treating PAH or APAH in a patient with a single daily dose.

Method for treating pulmonary arterial hypertension and associated pulmonary arterial hypertension and daily dosing

A transmission-mount assembly includes a transmission-mounting bracket and a frame-mounting bracket. The frame-mounting bracket includes a pair of sidewalls and the transmission-mounting bracket includes a tube, where the transmission-mounting bracket is coupled to the frame-mounting bracket with the tube arranged between the sidewalls. A bolt may be inserted through channels configured in the sidewalls and a bore of the tube to couple the transmission-mounting bracket within the frame-mounting bracket. The channels may include one or more features to inhibit misalignment and facilitate establishment of a positive lock between the transmission-mounting bracket and the frame-mounting bracket.

A displacement ventilation system for a room includes a first duct located inside the room and extending between a floor and a ceiling of the room, an air inlet coupled with the first duct for drawing air into the system, and an elongated diffuser extending adjacent the floor for diffusing at least some of the outside air over the floor of the enclosed spaced. The system includes sensors located inside the room, and a controller for controlling operation of the system. The controller is in communication with the sensors.

A displacement ventilation system includes a vertical duct located inside an enclosed space and extending between a floor and a ceiling of the enclosed space, an air inlet coupled with the vertical duct for drawing air into the displacement ventilation system, and an elongated diffuser extending adjacent the floor for diffusing at least some of the outside air over the floor of the enclosed spaced. The displacement ventilation system desirably includes a return air duct extending adjacent the ceiling and being coupled with the vertical duct for removing return air from the enclosed space and advancing the return air toward the vertical duct, a heat exchanger for transferring thermal energy between the return air and the outside air, and a heat pump for changing a temperature level of the outside air or the return air passing through the heat pump.

In the present invention, the combined, integrated, scissors and box cutting product incorporates two arm members pivotally mounted to each other, with each arm member incorporating a blade portion and a handle portion. In the preferred construction, the movable blade member is retained within one handle portion of one arm member of the combined, integrated, scissors and box cutting product, with the movable blade member being deployed for use only upon activation by the user. In this way, the blade member remains concealed and hidden within the handle portion of the arm member in order to prevent unwanted or accidental contact of the blade member when not desired.
