Systems for distributed, event-based computation are provided. In various embodiments, the systems include a plurality of neurosynaptic processors and a network interconnecting the plurality of neurosynaptic processors. Each neurosynaptic processor includes a clock uncoupled from the clock of each other neurosynaptic processor. Each neurosynaptic processor is adapted to receive an input stream, the input stream comprising a plurality of inputs and a clock value associated with each of the plurality of inputs. Each neurosynaptic processor is adapted to compute, for each clock value, an output based on the inputs associated with that clock value. Each neurosynaptic processor is adapted to send to another of the plurality of neurosynaptic processors, via the network, the output and an associated clock value.

Distributed, event-based computation using neuromorphic cores

In one general embodiment, a computer-implemented method is provided. The computer-implemented method includes receiving data comprising at least one data stream. Each data stream of the at least one data stream includes a plurality of points. The computer-implemented method also includes producing a result by remapping the at least one data stream in a point-by-point manner, and outputting the result.

Streaming programmable point mapper and compute hardware

One embodiment of the invention provides a method comprising defining a brainlet representing a platform-agnostic network of neurons, synapses, and axons. The method further comprises compiling the brainlet into a corelet for mapping onto neurosynaptic substrate, and mapping the corelet onto the neurosynaptic substrate. The corelet is compatible with one or more conditions related to the neurosynaptic substrate.

Mapping of algorithms to neurosynaptic hardware

An adjustable firearm grip which is adaptable for use on a wide range of firearm types and barrel sizes. The adjustable firearm grip generally includes a handgrip including an upper opening and a lower opening. A passageway extends from the upper opening to the lower opening and includes a connector slidably positioned therein. A strap is provided for extending around a firearm, wherein both ends of the strap are each connected to the connector and the strap extends upwardly from the upper opening of the handgrip. A strap bolt and adjustment knob are threadably attached to the connector. The adjustable firearm grip may be attached to a firearm by placing the strap around the firearm's barrel at any location and then turning the adjustment knob to tighten the strap for a firm fit.

A basketball shooting and return center (10) having a backboard structure (12) on which are mounted a plurality of baskets (14). A ball return table (16) is mounted to the backboard structure below the baskets. The ball return table is formed to define a plurality of ball return troughs (42), each associated with at least one basket. Balls shot at a basket are captured in the associated trough and funnelled to an associated tubular ball rack (110), pivotably secured adjacent each trough, for return to the player. The position of the ball racks can be adjusted to select a desired location remote from the baskets for return of the balls. The center enables players to shoot at baskets disposed at different distances and angles relative to the player while the player remains in a single position.
