A sliding sun visor for use in a vehicle is disclosed. The sun visor includes a first and second visor body shell. The visor also comprises a pivot rod and a carrier slidingly arranged over the pivot rod. The first shell of the visor body includes a monorail arranged on an inside surface thereof. The carrier is slidingly engaged with the first shell wherein the carrier is arranged within or on the monorail. The carrier contacts a top portion of the monorail and a bottom portion of the monorail. The carrier is hence slidingly secured to the monorail and only connected to one of the shells used to engage to form a visor body. The visor bodies are secured via a press fit between a first boss arranged on a first shell and a second boss arranged on the second shell thus creating a secure connection that does not need screws to secure the visor halves to one another.

Sliding visor

A thin visor for a vehicle comprising a pivot rod and a first and second shell being engageable to form a visor body. The visor also comprises a vanity secured to the visor body. The visor comprises a carrier positioned in the visor body and engaged with the pivot rod. The visor also comprises a first electrical contact arranged on an end of the pivot rod and a second electrical contact arranged on a surface of the carrier. The visor further comprises a third electrical contact arranged on a surface of the carrier. The thin visor generally has a width of approximately seventeen to eighteen millimeters and allows for a sleek small profile ergonomically designed visor to be arranged within a vehicle.

Thin visor

A sliding thin visor for a vehicle comprising a pivot rod and a first and second shell being engagable to form a visor body. The visor comprises a rail extending from a surface of the first shell and a carrier slidably positioned in the visor body, wherein that carrier is engaged with the rail. The visor also may comprise a detent assembly having a generally mailbox shape attached to the carrier. The thin visor generally has a width of approximately seventeen to eighteen millimeters and allows for a clean small profile ergonomically designed visor to be arranged within a vehicle.

Sliding thin visor

A gear loop for use in a climbing harness or any other recreational or commercial harness or belt and generally comprises a U shaped body, wherein the body is made of a first predetermined material. The gear loop body also has a first end and a second end. The gear loop further comprises an end member attached to the first end and the second end of the body. The end member is made of a second predetermined material. The end member is formed, such that it allows the gear loop to fold in a predetermined direction with relation to a harness.

A sliding sun visor for use in a vehicle is disclosed. The sun visor includes a first and second visor body shell. At least one of the shells having a retaining channel for engaging and retaining a floating carrier on a visor pivot rod. It is also contemplated that the sun visor may have a snap in vanity system and rotating pin on a D-ring associated therewith. The visor body also may include a wire routing option to route a wire from the electrical system of a vehicle to a light bulb in a vanity.

A motor spring assembly for use in a sun shade assembly in a vehicle comprises a motor spring housing and a bracket integral with and extending from the housing. The assembly also comprises a cover arranged over one side of the housing and a motor spring arranged within the housing. The assembly further comprises a shaft in contact with the motor spring wherein the shaft rotates with respect to the housing. The assembly also includes a connector arranged over an end of the shaft. The motor spring assembly generally will be arranged and secured within a guide rail of a sun shade assembly thus allowing for a more robust and durable sun shade assembly within an automotive vehicle.

Sun shade motor spring assembly

A screwless visor for use in a vehicle is disclosed. The visor includes a body, and an arm having a first end and a second end with the second end arranged in the body. The arm also has an elbow arranged near the first end. The visor also includes a mounting assembly secured to the headliner. The mounting assembly includes an inner collar arranged over the first end of the arm and a bracket in contact with the inner collar. The bracket has a hook extending from a surface thereof wherein the hook is in contact with the headliner. The screwless mount assembly will allow for easier installation and removal of the visor from the headliner of the interior of an automotive vehicle.
