An apparatus for the automated assembly of a probe head for testing electronic devices integrated on a semiconductor wafer, includes a support adapted to support at least two parallel guides, which are provided with a plurality of respective guides holes, and at least one holding means adapted to hold a contact probe to be housed in the guides holes, of the guides. Suitably, the support is a movable support adapted to be moved according to a preset trajectory between a first position, wherein the contact probe is held by the holding means at a predetermined position outside the guides holes, and a second position wherein the contact probe, which is held at the predetermined position, is housed in a set of guides holes that are substantially concentric to each other.

Apparatus for the automated assembly of a probe head

A device for a microactuator comprises a body (), two terminal members () articulated () on the body (), which are situated on one side of the latter, and two deformable bowl-shaped walls () which face one another. The walls are configured to house an actuator, with two respective first edges () of these walls () situated on one side being fixed () to the body (), whereas two respective second edges () of these walls () situated on another side move consecutively to a deformation of the walls () under the effect of the actuator. This movement is transmitted by two arms () which terminate at the two respective terminal members ().

Device for a microactuator, and microactuator equipped with such a device

A mechatronic device includes two arms extending from a base in a first direction and shaped to be handheld by an operator, the two arms having free ends forming a gripper and arranged to move closer together by rotation from a rest position to an active position, a motor housed in the base, an actuator mounted between the arms, and a means for controlling said actuator, the actuator connected to the motor so as to be driven in movement in translation in the first direction. The actuator also has a first contact surface that forms a cam with a respective second contact surface on each arm, the first contact surface remaining engaged with the second contact surface. The control means controls the movement in translation of the actuator to produce a movement in rotation of the arms that applies a chosen force of the gripper in its active position.

Mechatronic forceps

The present invention relates to a tool for a microtechnical gripper. The tool of the invention includes a tip having a support and first and second fingers disposed opposite one another in a chosen position. Each finger is connected to the support by a connecting element so as to be held in a rest position corresponding to the chosen position, the connecting element being flexible in order to allow the fingers to move with at least one degree of freedom relative to the support.

Tool for a microtechnical clip

A microtechnique device includes an actuator, designed to move movable equipment with a permanent magnet with respect to a support. The actuator is designed to move the movable equipment in two degrees of freedom from a position of rest, and the permanent magnet is chosen to have a magnetic field distribution that presents a main plane of symmetry and a main direction of magnetization passing through a center. The device includes a first magnetic sensor and a second magnetic sensor, these two being designed to detect a movement of the magnet. The sensors are positioned with respect to the position of rest of the magnet in a specific manner in the main plane of symmetry of the magnetic field and near to extrema. The first and second sensors are then sensitive to the movements of the movable equipment perpendicular to their respective working axes.
