Hand tool systems disclosed herein include hand tools including a first rigid member having a first lever and a first jaw, a second rigid member having a second lever and a second jaw, and a pivot rotatingly coupling the first rigid member with the second rigid member. A coupler may comprise a protrusion extending from a sidewall of one of the jaws and/or may comprise a cavity in the sidewall. An attachment includes a void, projection, and/or extension for selectively coupling with the coupler, and includes a recess which may form a shape of half of a regular hexagon. Two attachments may be used, one coupled to each jaw, so that when the hand tool is closed the recesses jointly form a shape of a regular hexagon. In implementations the jaws have protrusions integrally formed therewith, instead of selectively couplable attachments, which include recesses.

A system and a method are provided for facilitating an account protection check for the security of sets of credentials. The system and method allow a service provider to automatically lock a credential set of at least one user account if fraudulent activity is detected. A third-party server of a service provider requests a token from the system before the authentication process. User metadata is analyzed to detect potentially fraudulent activity from the user account. If the credential set is in a locked status or unlocked status, at least one remote server of the system respectively relays an invalidation token or a validation token to the third-party server. If the invalidation token is relayed to the third-party server, the service provider does not go through the authentication process. If the validation token is relayed to the third-party server, the service provider proceeds with the authentication process as standard procedure.

A system and a method are provided for facilitating an account protection check for the security of sets of credentials. The system and method enable the use of an access control mechanism to regulate the changes to the lock status of the sets of credentials. A third-party server of a service provider requests a token from the system before the authentication process. The access control mechanism also approves or denies the request before the authentication process. If the credential set is in a locked status or unlocked status, at least one remote server of the system respectively relays an invalidation token or a validation token to the third-party server. If the invalidation token is relayed to the third-party server, the service provider does not go through the authentication process. If the validation token is relayed to the third-party server, the service provider proceeds with the authentication process as standard procedure.

The system and the method allow a service provider to utilize blockchain technology to validate the access request to various accounts. A public key and a private key are generated and recorded by a blockchain ledger that are used to access the accounts.
