An armrest module for a motor vehicle. The armrest module includes an armrest arm able to support the arm of an occupant of the motor vehicle, the armrest arm extending primarily in a longitudinal direction (X); a pad, the pad being pivotable relative to the armrest arm about two axes (A, A) which are perpendicular to each other, the two axes (A, A) also being perpendicular to the longitudinal direction (X) of the armrest arm; and a human-machine interface provided by the pad.

An automobile glove compartment includes: a storage space () built into a dashboard and accessible through a main opening (); a movable door (); a tray () placed inside the storage space, the tray being slidable between a first position a), wherein the tray is stored in the storage space, and a second position b), wherein the tray is partially outside the storage space; and first tray-guiding elements (), the first tray-guiding elements () each including a guiding element () projecting out from one of the respective side wall () of the drawer (), the guiding element () being insertable into a groove () built into one of the side walls () of the glove compartment and slidable along the groove. The groove has a curved or angular shape enabling the sloping of the tray () towards the user when the tray () is partially outside the storage space.
