The present disclosure relates to a zeroing device comprising a piston movable along an axis, at least one biasing member for biasing the piston along the axis, and an axially displaceable zeroing member limiting axial movement of the at least one biasing member. The present disclosure further relates to a variable displacement hydraulic unit including said zeroing device.

Zeroing device

The present disclosure relates to a piston assembly, the piston assembly comprising a cylinder extending along an axis and having an open axial end, a cap assembly closing the cylinder at its open axial end, wherein the cap assembly comprises an insertion portion received in the cylinder at its open axial end, and a piston axially movably disposed within the cylinder and partially received in the insertion portion of the cap assembly. The present disclosure further relates to a variable displacement hydraulic unit including said piston assembly.

Piston assembly

The present disclosure relates to a coupling assembly for a variable displacement hydraulic unit. The coupling assembly may have a rotatable swashplate, a swashplate bearing including a cage and a plurality of rollers mounted on the cage, a pin fixed to the swashplate, and a coupling member rotatably supported on the pin. The coupling member is configured to contact a portion of the cage to move the swashplate bearing upon rotation of the swashplate.

A system is disclosed including an electric motor having a rotor shaft, a hydraulic pump including a gear; and an end bell housing enclosing an end of the electric motor, the end housing having a plurality of cooling fins, the end housing further supporting the gear coupled to the rotor shaft, the gear pressurizing hydraulic fluid.

Systems and methods are provided for a hydraulic axial piston assembly. The hydraulic axial piston assembly may include a distributor plate, a bearing element directly and orthogonally connected to a side of the distributor plate, and an adjustment screw orthogonally connected to the bearing element, where the adjustment screw is externally accessible and manually rotatable to adjust a timing angle of the distributor plate.

A swash plate bearing is disclosed. The swash plate bearing may have an arcuate cage member having at least one flange and a plurality of rolling elements rotatably coupled to the at least one flange. A coupling seat extends laterally from the at least one flange, the coupling seat may have an insertion hole. A link member may be rotatably coupled to the cage member, the link member having a central portion positioned between a first terminal portion and a second terminal portion. A first stem connects the central portion to the first terminal portion and a second stem connects the central portion to the second terminal portion. The central portion is positioned in the insertion hole.
