A calibration device receives at least a first multispectral measurement of: a first monochromatic signal taken at a first pixel location; a second multispectral measurement of a second monochromatic signal taken at a second pixel location; and a multiplicity of third multispectral measurements of a spatially distributed wide bandwidth dispersed spectrum, of a wide bandwidth signal, taken at a multiplicity of third pixel locations. The device relates known pixel values of wavelengths to pixel values of measured wavelengths. The device outputs spectrum wavelength and power calibration values for the multispectral imaging system, comprising at least a relation of: a first third pixel location to a first known wavelength; and a second third pixel location to a second known wavelength.

Imaging sensor calibration

A depth sensor receives depth data indicative of a distance from the depth sensor to a three-dimensional spatial zone. The depth data is based on an in-focus status of a projection of the three-dimensional spatial zone onto a multi-pixel sensing zone of an imaging sensor. The three-dimensional spatial zone is one of at least two distinct three-dimensional spatial zones. The multi-pixel sensing zone is one of at least two distinct multi-pixel sensing zones of the imaging sensor. Object data of an object residing in at least the three-dimensional spatial zone is received. Fused data is generated. The fused data comprises the depth data, and the object data.

An apparatus comprises a signal cable and a coupler. The signal cable comprises: a first signal connector at a first end of the signal cable, and a second signal connector at a second end of the signal cable. The coupler is configured to be supported by the signal cable. The coupler comprises: a first fastener configured to constrain the first signal connector, a second fastener configured to constrain the second signal connector, and a third fastener configured to hold an article.

An imaging sensor produces spatiotemporal measurement sets of distinct sensing zones of the imaging sensor. A multifocal lens directs electromagnetic radiation from distinct three-dimensional spatial zones to distinct sensing zones. A focus analyzer processes the spatiotemporal measurement sets to determine a sequence of in-focus status of the distinct sensing zones independent of other distinct sensing zones. A displacement processor generates object displacement vector(s) based on a sequence of in-focus status indicative of an object moving between distinct three-dimensional spatial zones.

A depth sensor comprises at least one imaging sensor, at least one multifocal lens, and a focus analyzer. The depth sensor analyzes the in-focus status of electromagnetic radiation, directed by the multifocal lens(es) onto sensing zone(s) of the imaging sensor(s) from spatial zone(s) in a measurement field, to detect the presence of object(s) in the spatial zone(s).

Depth sensor

An attention assistance device configured to help maintain a user's focus on a given task. In one embodiment, text is presenting to a user on a touchscreen. The user tracking the text using a finger is monitored. The user is stimulated when the finger stops tracking the text for a predetermined period of time. In another embodiment, an electronic device presents an output configured to be tracked by a user. A monitoring device observes the user tracking the output. A sensory stimulating device stimulates the user when the 'tracking' falls below an attention threshold.

Attention assistance and monitoring

Disclosed is a rules based editor configured to edit an equation related element where the rules based editor may use at least one rule related to a pre-built application module that is included in a viewer module. The viewer module may include rendering and equation evaluation instructions. The edited equation related element may be configured to be included in a component description file. The combination of the viewer module and the component description file may be configured to be used to display a version of the equation related element that is analytically related to an input value.

Disclosed is a method for generating a temporally threaded copyright management information watermark where fragile watermarks containing CMI are spread throughout a digital work temporally. In one embodiment of this invention, the copyright management information is divided into a multitude of copyright management information subparts; the copyright management subparts are applied to fragile sub-watermarks; and fragile watermarks are applied to temporally separated portions of the digital work.

Disclosed is a secure remote repeater. The secure repeater includes a first remote control signal detector, a remote control signal processor and an emitter. Among other functions, the secure repeater can forward secure remote signals to an electronic device using non-secure commands native to that electronic device. Additionally, the secure remote repeater can filter remote signal chatter.
