The present disclosure relates to a bushing comprising a conductor tube, a support tube, arranged within the conductor tube, a draw-rod configured to run through the support tube, and a contact arrangement arranged to be drawn into the conductor tube by the draw-rod. The contact arrangement comprises a sealing plug arranged for sealingly engaging an inside wall of the conductor tube to prevent liquid from passing the sealing plug into the conductor tube.

A resin impregnated paper (RIP) condenser core configured for being positioned around an electrical conductor. The condenser core includes a winding tube forming a longitudinal through hole through the condenser core, configured for allowing an electrical conductor to be inserted there through; an electrically insulating RIP body wound onto and around the winding tube; and at least one electrically conducting foil coaxially encircling the winding tube and being surrounded by the RIP body insulating each of the at least one foil from any other of the at least one foil. The winding tube is of an electrically insulating material which has been chosen from a group consisting of materials having a volumetric thermal expansion coefficient within the range of 50% to 200% of the volumetric thermal expansion coefficient of the RIP body.

Condenser core

A high voltage gas isolated bushing including a tubular shell with an end flange at each end of the shell creating an enclosed volume, a conductor suspended in the enclosed volume, having two ends, one end fixed to one end flange at a first fixation point and the other end fixed to the other end flange at a second fixation point. At least one of the end flanges is provided with a support body extending into the enclosed volume in the longitudinal direction of the bushing, and the body is arranged to support the conductor on at least one support point at a distance from the fixation point on the flange.

The invention relates to a high voltage device for providing electrical insulation of a conductor extending through the device. The device includes a hollow insulator; a conductor extending through the hollow insulator; a field gradient decreasing arrangement including a condenser core and a voltage grading shield. The condenser core and the voltage grading shield are arranged around the conductor inside the hollow insulator in a manner so that the voltage grading shield is arranged around at least part of the condenser core.

High voltage bushing

A high voltage system including a HVDC valve, a liquid fluid cooling system for cooling the valve, and a high voltage bushing for transferring high voltage and high current from the fluid cooled HVDC valve. The high voltage bushing includes an insulating body surrounding an electrical conductor electrically connectable to a connector of the HVDC valve. The electrical conductor of the high voltage bushing includes a cooling duct arranged for cooling the bushing utilizing a circulating gaseous fluid. A heat exchanger is connected to the cooling duct and adapted to cool the circulating gaseous fluid, wherein the heat exchanger is connected to the cooling system of the HVDC valve and adapted to receive cooling water from and to return heated cooling water to the cooling system of the HVDC valve.
