Using a combination of jump rope, resistance band and boxing fitness instruments, one can get a robust anaerobic and aerobic exercise experience. However, traditional jump rope equipment requires the operator to be in a location that has ample height and space around them to accommodate the range of the rope being swung around the body. In addition, the ground surface that a traditional jump rope would be hitting may not always be ideal such as carpet, sand, and the like which diminishes the rhythm of the workout. The single unit multi-purpose jump fitness, boxing training and resistance strength device described herein eliminates the need for most of these restrictive considerations as there is no 'rope' to jump over when in jump rope workout mode. Rather, the operator swings two specialized end handle units in a 'jump rope' fashion while holding adjustable jump handles.

Here we show that SEG/SEI presented from a HLA-DQ8 (HLA-DQB*0302 and HLA-DQA*0301) platform prevent the de novo outgrowth (vaccination) of Lewis lung carcinoma (LLC) and B16-F10 melanoma and retard the growth of established tumors with no significant toxicity. Vaccination of DQ8 tg mice with irradiated LLC or B16-F10 melanoma followed by SEG/SEI immunization and live tumor challenge resulted in 100 and 66% survival respectively for 200 days compared to a median survival of 20 days for untreated controls (p&#x3c;0.001). In vaccination studies, DQ8 tg mice showed a surge in IFN&#x3b3; serum levels reaching 3000 fold above baseline devoid of a parallel spike in TNF&#x3b1; levels above baseline levels. Presentation of the SEG/SEI superantigen from a MHC-DQ8 platform, therefore, augments the therapeutic index of these SAgs inducing a tumoricidal response against Lewis lung carcinoma and B16 melanoma accompanied by a sharp increase of therapeutic IFN&#x3b3; levels absent toxic levels of TNF&#x3b1;.

The reaction to form CCl.sub.3 (CH.sub.2 CCl.sub.2)Cl proceeds at a reaction rate constant k.sub.1. If n=1, CCl.sub.3 (CH.sub.2 CCl.sub.2)Cl is continuously removed from the reactor. The present invention includes a reactive elastomeric block co-oligomer; a copolymer containing a lactam, a co-catalyst/coupling agent, and the elastomeric block co-oligomer; and processes to make the block co-oligomer, and the copolymer. The reactive elastomeric block co-oligomer is the reaction product of a polycarboxylic acid, and a reactive moiety which can include a reactive polyether or a reactive polysulfide. The block co-oligomer of the present invention has been found to be useful to make a polymer containing lactam monomers, at least one coupling catalyst compound, and the block co-oligomer with the use of a catalyst. The present invention includes a process of forming the block co-oligomer of a polycarboyxlic acid and a reactive moiety. The reactive moiety can include a reactive polyether of a reactive polysulfide. The present invention further comprises a process of forming the block co-oligomer, and the process to form the lactam-block co-oligomer copolymer.
