Puncture apparatus

A puncture apparatus is disclosed, which can include an insertion portion that is insertable into a living body, the insertion portion including an urethral insertion portion and a vaginal insertion portion, the urethral insertion portion and the vaginal insertion portion each having at least two sensors; a puncture needle that punctures living body tissues near the insertion portion in a state in which the insertion portion is inserted into the living body, the puncture needle having at least one sensor on a distal portion of the puncture needle; and a monitor configured to receive information relating to a positional relationship between a distal portion of the puncture needle and the insertion portion.

A method of filling an aneurysm space within the abdominal aorta is disclosed. The method involves placing a prosthesis in the abdominal aorta; delivering a fillable bladder in a deflated state into the aneurysm space using a catheter; placing a filler tube in fluid communication with an inflow port of the fillable bladder. The fillable bladder comprises a bladder seal surrounding the fillable bladder and the bladder seal has a first side, a second side, a third side, and a fourth side. The first side is symmetric with the second side with respect to a first axis of the fillable bladder and the third side is symmetric with the fourth side with respect to a second axis of the fillable bladder. The first axis is perpendicular to the second axis. The method further involves filling the fillable bladder with a filling agent and removing the filler tube.

Embolization device and a method of using the same

A frame hanger apparatus including a rectangular wall piece for attachment to a wall and a frame piece attachable to a picture frame. The wall piece has front and back surfaces, the front surface having a lower lip and an upper lip formed thereon. The lower lip has an arced top surface, and the upper lip has first and second elongated horizontally disposed mounting slots positioned therein. The frame piece has a lip projecting from the front surface which has an arced surface thereon. The arced top surface of the wall piece is dimensioned to dovetail with the arced surface of the lip of the frame piece and an overhanging lip on the wall piece is positioned so as to lock the wall piece and frame piece together.

Picture hanger

A jaw-type surgical clamp having replaceable clamp members is disclosed. The jaws are pivotally movable and include telescoping attachment portions and anti-rotation surfaces. The clamp members connect to the attachment portions and include anti-rotation surfaces that engage the anti-rotation surfaces of the jaws to prevent rotation. Mutually engagable structures releasably lock the jaws and the clamp members together.
