An exercise device designed to strengthen the entire body, with particular focus on the upper body. The device facilitates the strengthening of the core, chest, back, shoulder, and arm muscles, and in particular muscles that move the core in the transverse plane. The device consists of two hemispherical shells, both of which have handles attached via risers. This allows the device to be gripped either by the spherical surfaces, by the handles, or a combination thereof. The hemispheres are attached to each other by means of a shaft with a variable braking mechanism. The braking mechanism can provide levels of rotational resistance from almost zero to virtually impossible to rotate, with the resistance level visibly indicated on the exterior of the device. The resistance level is changed by repeatedly rotating the two halves against each other in one direction or the other.

Rotation resistant exercise device

A system for supporting a display arrangement from an overhead support, comprising: an elongated support rail having an elongated open upper channel for receipt of an overhead support member; an elongated lower channel for receipt of a lower display support member; and an elongated middle channel disposed between the upper channel and the lower channel for aligned, guided and captured receipt of an elongated connector member to permit the connection to an adjacent elongated support rail or track.

An elongated abuttable snap frame arrangement for biasably, removably, capturing a display graphic support and for display thereof, the arrangement comprising: an elongated base panel, an elongated cover that is flexibly attached to the base panel at its upper edge, and an elongated hinge member flexibly attached to the elongated base panel and the elongated cover, the cover able to rotate from a parallel closed position to a generally perpendicular open position without interfering with adjacent objects or other abutting snap frame arrangements.

Abuttable snap frame graphic display arrangement

A cam holder system is described. A cam mechanism allows the holder to accept sheet material and be closed easily, while still maintaining strong holding power. The holder is formed by two or more separate pieces of extruded rigid material that slide together. End caps can be used to hold the pieces in alignment with each other so that they do not slide apart when the holder is opened. The cam is located near the middle of the assembly so that the user has leverage when opening and closing the holder. The holder can be squeezed in one direction to open the holder, and in the other direction to close the holder. A lever arm for closure is located above the cam, and a lever arm for opening is located below the cam. The receiving slot is located on-center so that the holder and the sheet material remain aligned with each other during use.

Cam holder system

A thin, graphic support assembly comprising an elongated base rail and an elongated cover rail which come together around a board to form four sides of a frame. A spring mechanism is fully captured after the base rail and cover rail are assembled together, and the angle and position of the spring channel allows the hinge location to be at the top/outer edge of the frame. The elongated base rail and elongated cover rail can be oriented in a parallel relationship when closed for capturing a display panel or a perpendicular relationship when open for inserting or removing a display panel.

A high ceiling sign hanging arrangement for enabling the attachment and removal of a suspended sign from an extended height, comprising: an elongated upper rail having an upper channel therein for receipt of a ceiling attachment member, the upper rail having an upper rail support cleat, for receipt of a sign bearing anchor rail; an elongated anchor rail for bearing a sign therefrom, the anchor rail comprising an anchor cleat on an upper edge thereon; and a lift means comprising a main flange for mating with the anchor rail and subsequent dis-engagement from the anchor rail upon deposit of the anchor rail on the upper rail support cleat of the upper rail.

High ceiling sign hanging arrangement

A scissor-action carrier for suspending a sign or other display from an overhead inverted 'U' shaped channel support track. The scissor-action carrier comprises an elongated first arm and an elongated second arm pivotally connected to one another at a pivot axis. A rotatable wheel is attached to an upper end of each elongated arm. Wherein the wheels are individually insertable into and removable from the 'U' shaped channel. A connector means is arranged at a lower end of each arm to permit support of a sign or other display therefrom when the carrier is inserted within the support track and the connector means of each arm are in respective alignment with one another, wherein the arms are prevented from rotating freely and the wheels are kept inside of the support track when the carrier is supporting a sign or other display.

Scissor-action support arrangement

A swivelable support assembly for angularly adjustably supporting a sign from an overhead support rail. The support assembly comprises an elongated upper wing attachable to the overhead rail. An elongated lower wing is swivelably attached to the upper wing, the sign being secured to the lower wing. The lower wing has a housing with an alignment port therein for facilitating entry of a lift pole therein.

A supportive edge retaining graphic display arrangement for supportively holding a display banner in a readily exchangeable manner. The arrangement comprises an elongated, generally 'U'-shaped, extruded first or inner housing having an upper elongated flange, and an arrangement of opposed, spaced apart, aligned display panel engaging ribs on side walls thereof extending oppositely from a flange supporting bridge member, an outer elongated extruded outer housing having an inner channel for sliding receipt of the elongated flange of the inner housing, and a display panel having an elongated fastener member attached to an upper end thereof, wherein the elongated fastener member has a plurality of aligned engagable elements extending outwardly therefrom, the aligned engagable elements being in spaced alignment with the ribs on the inner housing for sliding longitudinal engagement therewith.

Edge retaining graphic support arrangement

An elongated sign holding extrusion for supporting a sign from an overhead member, comprising an elongated unitarily extruded frame assembly having an upper edge and a lower edge, with a first side portion and a second side portion extending therebetween. An elongated upper receiving-channel is arranged at the upper edge of the frame assembly. An hollow elongated, upper channel is arranged in a spaced-apart, adjacent and parallel manner to the elongated upper receiving channel in said frame assembly. An elongated middle channel contains a pair of elongated biasing members therein for pinchably supporting a poster therebetween. An elongated central channel is spaced adjacent the lower edge of the frame assembly for capture of slidable sign supporting hangers.
