A hunting stand apparatus includes a pair of posts each having a bottom end and a top end. Each of the posts is telescoping and includes a same number of a plurality of tubular members such that sets of tubular members are defined. Each of a plurality of rungs is attached to and extending between tubular members of each set. A plurality of locking members is provided for locking the sets in an extended position. A seat has a front edge pivotally coupled to an upper most one of the rungs. A pair of brackets is also provided. Brackets are attached to each of the posts. Each of a pair of supports is removably attached to and extends between one of the brackets and a back edge of the seat such that the seat is angled with respect to the posts.

Hunting stand apparatus

A gun gripping assisting assembly includes a panel that has a top side, a bottom side, a front edge, a rear edge, a first lateral edge and a second lateral edge. A coupler is attached to the panel and is attached to a gun stock. A grip is attached to and extends downwardly from the bottom side of the panel. The grip has a first end and a second end. The first end abuts the panel. The grip is arcuate from the first end to the second end such that the grip has an upper surface that is concavely arcuate and faces the bottom side and a lower surface that is convexly arcuate and faces away from the panel.

Gun gripping assisting assembly

A scope cover and warming assembly includes a tubular covering that includes an open first end, an open second end and a peripheral wall extending between the first and second ends. The covering has an elongated slot therein generally extending from the first end to the second ends. A heating apparatus is attached to the covering and is adapted for heating an area adjacent to the first and second ends. Each of a pair of heat emitters is positioned adjacent to one of the first and second ends. A power supply is electrically coupled to each of the heat emitters. The covering may be removably positioned on a gun scope so that each of the heat emitters abuts an opposite end of the gun scope.

Scope cover and warming assembly

A sleeve label having an open top and bottom for sleeving a product such as a bottle, jug, or drum. The sleeve label comprises a plastic film printed on one surface with a solvent base ink. The printed surface is coated with a UV curable coating, covering the printed side including the solvent base ink. Upon curing with UV energy, the coating protects the ink from smearing in contact with solvents. The coating also protects the ink from mechanical damage such as scratching or abrasion. The UV curable coating may be applied to the film with a flexographic print station, or other roll or blade coaters. The coating may be of the free radical acrylate or cationic epoxy types.

A sign for highway use or advertising comprises a sign stand 100 and a replaceable stretch sleeve 401. The sign stand comprises a base 120 and two vertical columns 106, 107 having receiving surfaces 106D, 108D comprising recesses 106F, 108F and raised portions 106E, 108E. The sleeve is stretched over the vertical surfaces and is retained in the recesses of the vertical surfaces by the raised portions. The sleeve is made of polyethylene film and contains indicia 407. The stretchable sleeve provides a means to easily replace the indicia of the signs. The sleeve is reusable and recyclable.

A sleeve label for containers comprises a multi-function tab separated from the sleeve label by a seam generally parallel to the axis of the sleeve. The sleeve is made of a stretchable plastic with memory. The sleeve is stretched over the container and relaxed, securing the sleeve to the container. The tab may contain indicia. Alternative embodiments of the tab include a bottom seam to form a storage pocket and perforations to allow removal of the tab. A heat slit aperture in the tab forms a convenient carrying handle for the container.

An enclosure for an open area or an open cockpit in a watercraft, the open area or cockpit having an elevated covering disposed over the open area or open cockpit. The enclosure is a single length of flexible canvas, screening or transparent plastic material having an upper edge removably secured to the covering and draped downward from the covering, the enclosure having a lower edge wrapped around a weighting member for engaging the enclosure lower edge in contact with a surface of the watercraft.

A high-speed apparatus and a method for successively trimming a plurality of thermoformed articles from a surrounding continuous web of a thermoformable foam plastic film material. A male locator urges the thermoformed articles molded into the web against a cutter so as to trim the articles from the web, with the articles being retained in a recess within the cutter. Subsequently trimmed articles form a state of nested articles within the recess.

High-speed apparatus and method for trimming thermoformed articles

In a watercraft such as a sailboat, wherein a boom is pivotally mounted to a mast and extends aft over an open cockpit, a plurality of fittings are mounted to the port and the starboard sides of the boom in a spaced apart manner. Elongate spreader members are removably carried by such fittings and they extend laterally outward over the open cockpit, terminating above the port and starboard sides of the cockpit. Flexible membranes are supported on the spreaders and flexible screening depends from the outboard edges of the membranes in such a manner that the screening surrounds the cockpit and the lower edge of the screening is held in place against the hull structure of said watercraft.

A method and apparatus for producing a foamed polymeric sheet having comparatively high density skin layers. Molten polymer containing a foaming agent is extruded from a die into a post-extrusion region defined by the die and a spaced pair of rotating chill rolls which are spaced from the die. The post-extrusion region is maintained at a pressure sufficient to at least inhibit expansion of the foamable molten polymer through the use of cooled sealing elements which occupy a substantial portion of the space between the die and the chill rolls, and are spaced from the chill rolls. The rolls and the sealing elements are cooled so that foamable molten polymer in the space between the sealing elements and the rolls becomes solidified, completing the seal. The chill rolls are maintained at a temperature below the temperature of the molten polymer to aid the skin formation on the surfaces of the polymer. If desired, the polymer can pass directly from the chill rolls into a water bath.
