A fishing rod stand assembly utilizes a fishing rod support configured to retained by a fishing rod support tripod. The fishing rod support comprises a shaft that extends from an insert end to a yolk end having a Y-shaped yoke to retain a fishing rod therein. The fishing rod support tripod has a leg hub and an arm hub configured to receive the fishing rod support shaft. The leg hub and/or the arm hub have flanges that are configured to flex radially outward to receive and retain the shaft which enables insertion of various diameter shafts. Three legs extend out from the leg hub and support arms extend from the arm hub to support arm couplings coupled with each of the legs. The tripod has a pair of fixed legs and an angle adjustable leg that can be pivoted about the leg hub and be retained in an offset angle for placement on uneven surfaces.

A modular pallet system utilizes a plurality of modular pallets that are configured to engage along sides of the pallet to form an interconnected array of coupled pallets that may be moved by a pallet truck and wherein the individual pallets are configured for detachment and transport with a hand-truck. A quad array of coupled pallets may be formed that is about a conventional pallet size and configured to receive the two forks of a fork truck into fork truck openings. One of the modular pallets of the quad array of coupled pallets may be disengaged or disconnected by use of a hand-truck, wherein the tongue of the hand-truck extends in the fork truck opening between the feet of a pallet and engages with hand-truck notches configured on feet. An interconnecting feature of a modular pallet may include a dovetail and dovetail recess.

A fish bite indicator utilizes a line retainer coupled to a pivot arm and configured to rotate to bring a pair of electrical contacts into contact with a circuit contact to complete a circuit and activate an indicator light and/or indicator speaker. An indicator speaker may produce a factory set alert sound or a recorded alert sound that a user records to distinguish one fishing pole from another. A user may insert the fishing line a desired amount down into the line wedge seam and the depth of insertion may change when the line is released upon the pivoting of the pivot arm. The fish bite indicator may have a drag knob to change how much line tension is required to move the pivot arm and may have a sensitivity knob that adjusts how far the pivot arm has to rotate before the indicator is activated.

A lobby dustpan is self-standing, self-closing and comprises a lid-handle coupling feature for receiving a broom head for retaining the broom head in the bucket of the lobby dustpan. The lid of the lobby dustpan substantially covers the opening of the bucket when in a closed position. A lobby dustpan is self-standing, wherein the center of gravity is between the outer contact points of the base. In addition, when the lobby dustpan is standing in an upright position on a horizontal surface, the center of gravity of the handle keeps the lid in a closed position. Furthermore, the center of gravity of the bucket is offset from the pivot assembly which causes the bucket to close when the lobby dustpan is lifted up from an open position. The specific geometry of the lobby dustpan enables a combination of features that heretofore are not available with existing lobby dustpans.

A bottle has a flexible spout and a cap/cover configuration that effectively seals the spout from leakage and stores it under the cover. The flexible spout is folded or bent in two locations as it is secured within the cover. The flexible spout is folded over from an extended orientation and then around a fold partition. The cover is detachably attached to the cap. A diaphragm extends under the cap and seals liquid within the enclosure. In one embodiment, the cover and cap are configured with a ratchet mechanism that allows the cover to rotate in only one direction. In one embodiment, the bottle comprises two enclosures, and the enclosures may be detachably attached to each other or to a handle.

A dental mirror instrument has a light waveguide and an airflow conduit that extend along the length of an elongated member to a mirror portion. An airflow exiting from the airflow conduit may be directed over the mirror surface to remove fluids and debris. Light from a light source is transmitted along the light waveguide and is reflected off of a back-side of a land portion through a Fresnel lens to produce a task light. A mirror may have a hydrophobic surface and this surface may have raised portions or a patterned surface that further enhances the removal of fluids or debris. The optical component of the dental instrument may be detachable to a source component and may be disposable. A flexible connector may be coupled with the source component to provide an airflow to the airflow conduit and/or electrical power to the light source.

Multi-purpose dental instrument

A handheld concealed pill morsel former enables a user to easily conceal a pill within a morsel of malleable food product without excessive handling of the malleable food product. A first arm and a second arm are configured to rotated toward a top and bottom opening of a mold body cavity, respectively. A press extends from the first arm and is configured to extend into the mold cavity to compress the malleable food product. A plunger is coupled with the first arm and is configured to slide with respect to the first arm and press. The plunger has a plunger face that is configured to be extended down into the malleable food product to from a pill recess. A pill can then be placed into the pill recess and the press can be rotated back down into mold cavity to form a concealed pill morsel.

The disclosed invention is a surface extension attachment device that easily attaches and detaches to surfaces, basins, and sinks to prevent water, liquids and other materials from splashing onto, squirting, spraying, and/or wetting person(s), place(s), and/or thing(s) while using the basin, sink, or other surface, including when washing hands or utensils. At least one panel of the present invention can be made of a flexible plastic and can be made to fold over itself and can include a means to attach to itself, such that the user has the option to fold this device out of the way or remove it, when it is not needed.

Surface extension attachment device

A receptacle having a lid coupled to a receptacle body by a hinge is configured for the replacement of a flexible liner without removal of the lid. A flange extension is configured at an offset distance to the hinge and enables the perimeter of the flexible liner to be retained in a liner retainer and extend up and over the hinge and into a flange extension on the opposing side of the hinge. This configuration holds the perimeter of the flexible liner taut and ensures that it remains in place as contents are placed in the receptacle. A pair of trunnion hinges may extend in opposing directions from the receptacle body to provide a detachable attachment of a lid. A flange extension may extend substantially around the liner retainer portion or only a certain distance from the end of a hinge.

The disclosed technology is a sink splash guard that easily attaches and detaches to a sink to prevent water from splashing onto a person washing hands or utensils in the sink. The panel of the sink splash guard is made of a flexible plastic so that it folds over itself and includes means to attach to itself, such that the user has the option to fold the splash guard out of the way or remove it, when it is not needed.

A multipurpose cooking stove container is described having a cavity for storing items such as cleaning products and hand sanitizer. The cooking stove container may further comprise a paper towel support and mounting bracket for attachment to a cooking stove or side shelf of a cooking stove. The cooking stove container may also be configured to be resistant to environmental elements such as rain, wind, dust, pollen and the like. A tray portion may be used for storing items and a removable cup may be inserted into the tray for more secure storage of smaller items. The cooking stove container may in one embodiment comprise a front and back member that are attached about a pivot. The front member may pivot to allow access to the inside cavity.

Provided is a multipurpose golf club container that can be used as a golf club travel container, a carrying container, pull along cart, or can be easily mounted onto a powered golf cart. The multipurpose golf club container is comprised of multiple compartments that can be closed to provide a rain proof enclosure. The multipurpose golf club container in some embodiments has a rain cover that can be easily deployed to keep the golf club grips dry during play in foul weather. In addition, in some embodiments the multipurpose golf club container is designed to retain the golf clubs in the head down position, and club restraints allow for quick and easy removal and replacement of the golf clubs from the container in a lateral motion.

Embodiments of seating systems for motor vehicles facilitate two-dimensional movement of a seat in a horizontal plane. The seating systems can also facilitate vertical movement of the seat. The seating systems are motorized, and can be automatically controlled so that minimal movement and effort are required on the part of the user to enter and exit the vehicle.
