The present disclosure provides pharmaceutical compositions that include one or more selective estrogen receptor modulator(s) (SERM(s), e.g., Lasofoxifene) and four or more pharmaceutically acceptable excipients. The pharmaceutical compositions may be able to form nanodroplets (e.g., by self-nanoemulsifying) in vaginal fluid and to deliver the one or more SERM(s) to the vagina of a female subject. The pharmaceutical compositions may be useful in treating or preventing vulvovaginal atrophy, dyspareunia, sexual dysfunction, osteoporosis, or breast cancer in a female subject.

Vaginal delivery systems containing selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM) and uses thereof

A wire reel holder and dispensing assembly is provided for transporting, holding, and dispensing wire from a wire reel. The holder and assembly includes an elongated shaft configured for insertion through a wire reel. Each of a pair of end members has a polygonal outer perimeter edge and a central opening. The shaft is slidably insertable through the central opening of each end member positioning the end members at each end of the wire reel. Each end member is securable to the shaft to hold the wire reel in a static position along a length of the shaft and prevent rolling of the wire reel on the shaft. A holding assembly is provided for connecting the shaft, end members and wire reel to a vehicle.

A load moving system includes a pair of lifting assemblies. The assemblies are positioned on opposite sides of a load to be carried. Each of the assemblies includes a plate. A vertical wall is attached to the plate and the plate extends forward from a bottom edge of the vertical wall. The plate is extendable under the load and the vertical wall is positionable against the load. An upper wall is attached to an upper portion of the vertical wall and extends rearward of the vertical wall. A pair of wheel assemblies is provided. A coupling assembly releasably couples the support posts to the load.
