A curative free sealant composition for sealing joints between male and female parts, the sealant composition comprising a solid resin component, a solid (meth)acrylate polyurethane component, and an ethoxylated bisphenol-A (meth)acrylate component.

Anaerobically curable compositions

The cure accelerators are embraced within where X is CH, O, S, NR, CRRor C&#x2550;O, wherein R, R, and Rare each individually selected from hydrogen, halogen, amino, carboxyl, nitro, alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, hydroxyalkyl, hydroxyalkenyl, hydroxyalkynyl, or alkaryl; R is one or more of hydrogen, alkyl, alkenyl, alkynl, hydroxyalkyl, hydroxyalkenyl, or hydroxyalkynl; R, R, and Rare each individually selected from hydrogen, halogen, amino, carboxyl, nitro, alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, hydroxyalkyl, hydroxyalkenyl, hydroxyalkynyl, or alkaryl; Ris hydrogen or CHRR, where Rand Rare each individually selected from hydrogen, halogen, amino, carboxyl, nitro, alkyl, alkenyl, alkynyl, hydroxyalkyl, hydroxyalkenyl, hydroxyalkynyl, or alkaryl; and n is 0 or 1. A particularly desirable example is 1,2,3,4-tetrahydrobenzo-h-quinolin-3-ol.
