An adjustable rotary flow valve, comprising: a body; an upstream port; a downstream port; a rotary disc comprising a water flow opening; a rotating mechanism couple with the rotary disc and configured to move the water flow opening past a plurality of channels in a flow of water from the downstream port to the upstream port so as to variably restrict the flow; dial graduations that illustrate a plurality of flow percentage; and a dial couple with the rotating mechanism and configured to illustrate via the dial graduations the current flow percentage based on a position of the rotary disc.

Variable flow adjustable valves

A coupling assembly and method for retrofitting a water pipe for installation of a pipe insert or device is disclosed. The coupling assembly may include a plunger assembly, a two-part clam shell, an adapter port, and an internally ribbed flexible sleeve including first internal ribs and second internal ribs, wherein the first internal ribs are configured to engage a grooved portion of the adapter port. Prior to installation, a first portion of the internally ribbed flexible sleeve may be attached to the adapter port and a second portion of the sleeve may be rolled up over the first portion. The method may include aligning the port adapter with the cut water pipe; rolling the second portion of the sleeve from the port adapter onto the cut pipe; placing a two-piece clam shell over the sleeve; and tightening two oppositely treaded nuts over the two-piece clam shell.

Coupling assembly and method for retrofitting a pipe

An adjustable flow valve, comprising: a body; an upstream port; a downstream port; a body; a side plate; a restricting paddle within the body that pivots into a flow path from the upstream port to the downstream port; a screw coupled with the restricting paddle and configured to swing the restricting paddle from a hinged point across the flow path; and wherein the side plate has an opening that exposes an edge of the restricting paddle and graduations that illustrate a plurality of flow percentage.

Embodiments disclosed herein are directed to a microfluidic refill cartridge having a vent hole and nozzles on a same side of the cartridge. In one or more embodiments, the vent hole and nozzles are located on upper surfaces of the cartridge, such as on a lid that is coupled to a reservoir. In particular, the nozzles and the vent hole may be formed on a microfluidic delivery member that is secured to the lid. A single cover may be used to cover the vent hole and the nozzles. In some embodiments, the single cover may be a flexible material and may adhere to the microfluidic delivery member.

The invention provides an apparatus and method for measuring loft and lie angles of a golf club. The apparatus includes a clamping assembly configured to secure the head of a golf club in a stationary position and a shaft sensor system having two cameras spaced apart from the clamping assembly to provide a stereoscopic view of a shaft of the club. The orientation of each of the two cameras is known relative to the face of the club head. A computing device is programmed to use information received from the two cameras to calculate loft and lie angles of the golf club.
