A configurable modular stackable multi-deck material processing screening machine which includes a plurality of stackable screen deck sections, each having a first side structural vertical wall segment, and a stackable drive section having a stackable drive section first side structural vertical wall segment. Where all of the stackable screen deck sections can be installed, removed and replaced without need to lower or lift a screen deck between vertical structural walls that support a draft shaft with eccentrics coupled thereto and past a portion of these vertical structural walls that previously supported a screen deck. Also each of the first side structural vertical wall segments, and the stackable drive section first side structural wall segment are not inseparable portions of a wall that supports a drive shaft and eccentrics.

Method and apparatus for creating and maintaining a vibrating screening machine by utilizing stackable screen decks

A magnetic fastener and wear liner combination for use with material processing equipment for processing aggregate material, where a reverse taper counter bore hole of the wear liner is made to couple and decouple from a magnetic fastener which has a urethane cap, with a urethane cap reverse taper side. The magnetic fasteners are re-useable on replacement liners as the liners need replacement. The attachment and detachment of the magnetic fasteners is made to be simple and secure.

A support structure for vibrating screening machine with either a flat screen deck or a crowned screen deck which use a coped and then capped variation of the same prefabricated rectangular tubular cross-member but in rotated orientations. The machine further providing support for a crowned screen media without using a crowned cross-member by providing stringers with differing vertical heights with the centermost stringer having the most height above a flat top cross-member. A plurality of crown straps coupled to a top surface of a cross-member, where the crown straps have a C-shaped portion at one end which has a portion thereof coupled to a top surface of a cross-member.

Method and apparatus for supplying support from below to a screen cloth on a vibrating screening machine

A variable resilience tension bar cap is disclosed for use in either, an end or side mounted tensioner in a vibrating screening machines used for material processing. A fluid filled hose or bladder may be disposed in a cap for a tensioner bar used to stretch wire cloth. Alternately a series of nested or replaceable resilient caps can be placed over the terminal end of a tensioner bar so that the cap is made to have a different resilience characteristics.
