The present technology is directed generally to devices, systems, and methods for capturing and cutting fibrous and trabeculated structures (such as synechiae) in vessel lumens. In one embodiment, the present technology includes an intraluminal tissue modifying system configured to capture the fibrous structures, put the fibrous structures in tension, and controllably cut through the fibrous structures without applying appreciable additional force to the vessel wall. The system may include an expandable capture device and a cutting device.

Intraluminal tissue modifying systems and associated devices and methods

A device and method for visualization of the intravascular creation of autologous valves, and particularly venous valve, is disclosed herein. One aspect of the present technology, for example, is directed toward a delivery catheter that can include a lumen configured to receive a dissection assembly and a trough having a plurality of transducers electrically coupled to a proximal portion of the delivery catheter. At least one of the transducers can be configured to emit a signal towards a portion of a blood vessel adjacent the trough, and at least one of the transducers can be configured to receive a reflection of the emitted signal.

Visualization devices for use during percutaneous tissue dissection and associated systems and methods

Devices, systems, and methods for treating damaged or diseased valves are disclosed. A representative embodiment includes an elongated shaft having a longitudinal axis, a proximal portion, and a distal portion, and a dissection arm at the distal portion. The dissection arm can have a longitudinal axis and be moveable between a low-profile state and a deployed state. In the deployed state, a portion of the arm can flex outwardly away from the longitudinal axis of the shaft. The arm is configured to be deployed within a space within a vessel wall such that, as the arm moves from the low-profile state to the deployed state, the arm pushes against vessel wall tissue at a periphery of the space, thereby separating tissue at the periphery to form a dissection pocket having a predetermined shape.

Intravascular devices, systems, and methods for the controlled dissection of body lumens

A device and method for intravascular dissection of a body lumen, and particularly a blood vessel wall, is disclosed herein. One aspect of the present technology, for example, is directed toward a tubular elongated member having a lumen therethrough, wherein the elongated member includes a distal region configured to be positioned within a blood vessel wall. The distal region can include an angled distal face having a distal-most edge configured to puncture the vessel wall and a proximal-most edge. The member can include an exit port fluidly coupled to the lumen, and positioned along the distal face between the distal-most edge and the proximal-most edge. A central longitudinal axis of the exit port can be offset from a central longitudinal axis of the elongated member such that the exit port is closer to the distal-most edge than the proximal-most edge.

Devices, systems, and methods for controlled hydrodissection of vessel walls

Disclosed herein are tissue-removal devices and methods for treating spinal diseases using such devices. The tissue-removal devices may comprise a cable and/or extendable elements with a retracted and a deployed configuration. The cable and/or extendable elements may be distally supported and restrained by a support element such that the support element may be pushed transversely away when the extendable element is distally extended into its deployed configuration. An annular cutting element may be provided about the distal end of the extendable element or the support element. Various configurations of the extendable and support elements are described herein, as well as methods of using tissue-removal devices with extendable and support elements coupled by an annular cutting element for treating spinal diseases.
