A method and system for capital management with custom assemblies and schedulable cost lines and assembly photo collection. As user collects photos via cloud Software as a System (SaaS) that displays photographic data relevant to the useful life and recurring costs associated with maintaining or replacing a capital asset or building component. The SaaS provides an automatic collection photo data that is relevant to a condition and maintenance of one or more related physical assets in a building, including a physical condition recorded by a maintenance technician during a performance of work associated with that building component along with photo evidence taken of the physical assets. As operation staff perform routine work on the capital assets of a building data is collected via the SaaS on these actual capital assets. The collected photographs provide a timeline of visual conditions. This photographic data is collated and organized via the SaaS within the building assembly details alongside projected lifecycle and added to capital management information created for the building.

Various embodiments of an apparatus, methods, systems and computer program products described herein are directed to an Analytics Engine that receives one more signal files that include neural signal data of a user based on voltages detected by one or more electrodes on a set of headphones worn by a user. The Analytics Engine preprocesses the data, extracts features from the received data, and feeds the extracted features into one or more machine learning models to generate determined output that corresponds to at least one of a current mental state of the user and a type of facial gesture performed by the user. The Analytics Engine sends the determined output to a computing device to perform an action based on the determined output.

Various embodiments are directed to systems and methods for provisioning a subscription service subscription to a user of a user device, the user device capable of alternatively communicating on a mobile telephone network and on a wireless data network. A request to subscribe the user to the subscription service may comprise a user device identifier and may be received from a mobile service provider system. A message to the user device may be initiated via the mobile telephone network. An access request may be received from the user, via the user device. Upon verifying that the access request was sent by a recipient of the message, the user may be provided with access to the subscription service.

An apparatus for installing rivets or other fasteners through a workpiece includes an automated machine disposed on one side of the workpiece and a hand-held tool that is manipulated by a single worker located on the opposite side of the workpiece. The automated machine includes an end effector supporting tools such as a drill and a riveter. The automated machine also includes a guide structure adapted to be releasably affixed to the workpiece, and a carriage that travels along the guide structure and supports the end effector so that the end effector can be positioned in various locations along the surface of the workpiece where fasteners are to be installed. The end effector includes an electromagnetic clamping device, and the hand-held tool includes a magnetic clamping block that is attracted by the clamping device to clamp the workpiece therebetween. The end effector generates a positioning signal and the hand-held tool includes a detector for detecting the positioning signal. The detector is operable to generate guidance information telling the person operating the hand-held tool where to move the hand-held tool so as to align the tool with the end effector of the automated machine. Once the hand-held tool is aligned with the end effector, the electromagnetic clamping device is activated to clamp the workpiece, and then the end effector tools are operated to drill a hole and to install a rivet or other fastener into the hole.

A decorative cover for computer monitors having a covering material assembly (10), made of a flexible covering material (12) configured to conform to the general size and shape of the forward portion of a computer monitor (20). The cover has an opening through which the computer monitor screen may be directly viewed while the cover is in place on the monitor. The cover opening is maintained by a preformed support member (14), made of a semi-rigid material, which is attached to the covering material. The cover is held in place on the monitor by securing means comprised of elastic banding (16) and/or hook and loop fastening strips (18).

A decorative cover for computer keyboards having a covering material assembly (10) of textile fabric, leather, vinyl, or other covering material (12) sewn or otherwise fastened together, configured to conform to the general size and shape of a computer keyboard (22). The cover has a body covering portion (14) and a key covering portion (16). The body covering portion has an opening through which the keyboard keys extend. The body covering portion is held in place on the keyboard by elastic banding (18) and/or hook and loop fastening strips (20). The key covering portion overlays the keyboard keys and extends over and down the front and back sides of the keyboard lapping over the front and back sides of the body covering portion. The key covering portion is held in place by hook and loop fastening strips or other coordinated fastening devices.
