A user interface comprising a plurality of questions regarding a proposed information technology project may be generated. The user interface comprising the plurality of questions regarding the proposed information technology project may be communicated to a computing device. A plurality of responses input via the user interface may be received from the computing device. Each of the plurality of responses input via the user interface may correspond to one or more of the plurality of questions regarding the proposed information technology project. An initial risk assessment score for the proposed information technology project may be calculated based on the plurality of responses input via the user interface comprising the plurality of questions regarding the proposed information technology project. A determination may be made as to whether the initial risk assessment score for the proposed information technology project meets a predetermined threshold.

Dynamic risk evaluation for proposed information technology projects

A platform for providing authorization of electronic communication of secure data to external entities, e.g., vendors, third parties or the like based on an assessment of the data risk associated with communicating the data to the external entity. The secure data that is to be communicated, in the form of specific data items, are identified as well as the associated security standards. The external identity is assessed to ensure their capabilities to properly meet the enterprise/sender's information security, business privacy and continuity standards, along with applicable industry standards. Based on the results of the assessment, remediation action may be required to address critical vulnerabilities or recommendations may be presented to a decision-making entity to grant authorization to electronically communicate the data in question to the external entity. In response to granting authorization, secure communication channels are allocated and established to allow for communication of the data.

System for authorizing electronic communication of confidential or proprietary data to external entities

A data storage archive is provided for storing personal information and other data from a variety of disparate information sources. The information stored may be later electronically accessed and retrieved by users without requiring the users to carry physical documentation having the information stored thereon. The information may be stored in association with a user's financial account at a financial institution. For example, the information may be indexed or stored in an account identified by the user's financial account number or other financial identifier. In some arrangements, accessing the personal information may include a validation process using a security device separate from a device through which a user is attempting to access the information. Personal information may also be shared among financial account holders based on legal and financial relationships known to the financial institution. A user may also manually assign access privileges to other users.

Personal data aggregation, integration and access

A system and method of providing heightened debit and/or credit card security is presented. The debit and/or credit card may be void of any information printed on the card that may provide identification of the user, an account number associated with the card, an expiration date for the card, and the like. In some examples, a portion of this information may be provided, but not all pieces of information, in order to reduce the likelihood of unauthorized use, such as during an online transaction where a user must input information generally found on the face of or rear of the card itself.
