An antiperspirant aerosol spray product is provided packaged in a metal can. Within the can is an antiperspirant aerosol spray composition that includes a propellant, a C.sub.1 -C.sub.3 alcohol and an antiperspirant aluminum astringent salt having a water loss under drying no greater than about 8%. Corrosion and malodor can be minimized by use of low water containing antiperspirant astringent salts even in the presence of very substantial amounts of alcohol which normally tends to accelerate the corrosion process.

Alcoholic antiperspirant aerosol spray products

An underarm treatment composition is provided including a deodorant and/or antiperspirant active and cyclomethicone in hexameric form. No more than 35% of the composition includes cyclomethicone in tetrameric or pentameric form. The compositions are non-whitening when applied onto the skin.

Non-whitening underarm compositions

A underarm treatment composition is provided including a deodorant and/or antiperspirant active, a crosslinked non-emulsifying siloxane elastomer and a volatile siloxane. The compositions were found not to undergo syneresis. They also have improved efficacy, faster absorption, anti-whitening and other properties.

Underarm compositions

A clear gel composition is provided which includes a polyhydric alcohol, a soap, an alkoxylate copolymer and a fragrance. For purposes of maintaining clarity, the fragrance will contain at most 25% of total ester compounds by weight of the fragrance.

Clear cosmetic sticks with compatible fragrance components

A clear cosmetic stick is provided whose composition includes from about 10 to 90% of a polyhydric alcohol, from about 1 to about 40% of a soap, from about 1 to about 40% of an alkoxylate copolymer having the formula:
