A convertible vehicle child safety seat that permits the seat to be safely used by a child as well as by an adult without any modification of the seat. The convertible vehicle child safety seat is easily operated by any adult passenger of a vehicle without any special training or instructions. The convertible vehicle child safety seat automatically converts to a seat for an adult when it is not in use by a child. The convertible vehicle child safety seat is particularly suited for use in public transportation vehicles such as buses, railway passenger cars and the like, particularly since such vehicles have no provisions for protecting young children.

Convertible vehicle child safety seat

A novel delivery system for delivering a fine fog of water through a plurality of nozzles to absorb heat through evaporation. The delivery system comprises the combination of a water supply tank, an air compressor, solenoid valve and an electronic control module for controlling the operation of valve and compressor to allow an operator to adjust the displacement rate of fog as well as providing the operator a choice between continuous, intermittent and pulsing operation.

Evaporative cooling delivery control system

Novel portable shelter apparatus including a side portion which can be detached along three of its four sides and raised to a substantially horizontal position, an extendable floor portion that can be unrolled from its normal storage position to an extended floor position underneath the raised side portion, and side wall netting operable to interconnect the raised side and extended floor portions to provide, within an insect-proof environment, a substantially increased floor space and increased user visibility.
