A photoionization detector sensor equipped with a temperature compensating and output adjustable ultraviolet lamp driver for supplying an alternating current signal to the ultraviolet lamp effective to light the ultraviolet lamp with direct current supplied from both a first variable voltage supply circuit and a second temperature sensitive fixed voltage supply circuit, and method of standardizing output of the photoionization detector sensor by adjusting the voltage supplied to the driver by the first variable voltage supply circuit so that future reported values will more closely approximate actual values.

An indicator arm apparatus includes a mount unit configured to be secured to a vehicle, a first pivotal arm assembly having a first indicator and first hinge unit configured to move the first indicator from a retracted position to a deployed position, a second pivotal arm assembly having a second indicator and second hinge unit configured to move the second indicator from a stored position to an extended position, a first drive unit operably linked to at least one of the pivotal arm assemblies to move the respective indicator between respective positions, and a control unit in operable communication with the first drive unit to provide signals to selectively move at least one indicator. Each hinge unit comprises a pivotally affixed portion that is also affixed to an indicator to pivot the indicator between respective positions.

Selectively deployable indicator arm apparatus

A photoionization detector comprised of a sensor having at least a collector electrode and a grounding electrode, a gas discharge lamp that ionizes molecules of interest to create ionized molecules and electrons, and an amplifier connected to the collector electrode. Each of the collector electrode and the grounding electrode include a feed-thru pin, an inner trace surrounding the feed-thru pin, an outer trace surrounding the inner trace, wherein the outer trace on each electrode is comprised of the same material, a channel between the inner trace and the outer trace, wherein the channel is comprised of a different material than the outer trace and the inner trace, and a bridge connecting the outer trace with the inner trace. The ionized molecules are collectable by a bias electrode and electrons are collectable by the collector electrode.

Galvanic current protection for photoionization detector

A measuring and dispensing container having a flexible walled reservoir chamber, a measuring and dispensing chamber and a conduit for transferring liquid from said reservoir chamber to said measuring and dispensing chamber. The reservoir is provided with a non-squeezable handle by which it can be grasped when tilting the container to dispense liquid from the dispensing chamber so as to reduce the risk that excess force applied to the reservoir by a hand holding it will squeeze more liquid than intended into measuring and dispensing chamber. Such handle may be formed by reinforcement of at least one wall of the reservoir to provide sufficient rigidity to prevent squeezing at the reinforcement or by providing a 'cut-out' in the reservoir chamber through which a user's fingers may pass and providing reinforcement on or in one or more walls of the reservoir chamber proximate to the cut out.

Measuring and dispensing container

An electrical connector includes a housing having pockets formed in a receiving end of the housing. A terminal module is inserted into the pockets wherein the terminal modules are constructed from a stitch plate including a plurality of terminals retained therein, A cover having a plurality of spaced apart walls form thereon is arranged on the stitch plate and is moved into engagement with the stitch plate with the walls disposed in the intervening space between adjacent terminals. The connector assembly is pressed onto a circuit board in which a force is applied to the connector housing and is directly transferred to the terminal tails of the terminal modules causing electrical contact between conductive holes of the circuit board and the terminals.

A system and methods for creating derivative websites based on base website and derivative site content. A content management system contains files representing multiple websites, i.e., a base website and one or more derivative versions of the base website. Each derivative version of the website consists of one of more files stored in a hierarchal chain of derivative folders that represent changes from the base website. A developer may thereby track which changes have been implemented and changes made by other developers higher in the chain of derivative workspaces than the current developer will be propagated to the current developer's derivative version of the production website.

System and methods for generating derivative websites

A container for measuring a predetermined amount of liquid and dispensing that measured amount. The container includes a reservoir chamber, a measuring and dispensing chamber, and a conduit or tube for transferring liquid from the reservoir chamber to the measuring and dispensing chamber. The reservoir chamber has flexible walls which can be squeezed to drive liquid from the reservoir chamber into the measuring chamber. The passage from the reservoir to the measuring and dispensing chamber is configured and its outlet arranged so that liquid entering the chamber flows down a wall thereof.

An unmanned system performs inspection, identification and/or neutralization of underwater objects. An unmanned vehicle that operates at a water's surface stows underwater crawling and/or swimming vehicles that can operate underneath a water's surface. A winch associated with each robotic vehicle is mounted on the unmanned vehicle. An electro-mechanical tether electrically and mechanically couples a corresponding robotic vehicle to the unmanned vehicle, and is mechanically coupled to a corresponding winch for control of the paying out and reeling in thereof.

Unmanned system for underwater object inspection, identification and/or neutralization

A liquid dispensing container including a reservoir chamber and a measuring chamber separated therefrom but in liquid communication therewith. A liquid transfer tube interconnects the reservoir chamber and the measuring chamber and, in a preferred embodiment is partly incorporated in wall structure separating the two chambers. A closable opening leads directly into the reservoir for filing the reservoir and a further closable opening leads from the measuring chamber for dispensing a measured volume of liquid. The walls of the reservoir chamber are flexible and may be pressed to force liquid from the reservoir through the tube and into the measuring chamber.

Liquid measuring and dispensing container

The present invention relates to an electromechanical wind chime. The chime includes a disk from which a hammer assembly is suspended. Additionally, a plurality of tubular chimes are suspended from the disk and surround the hammer assembly. The hammer assembly houses an internal electric motor, and an associated eccentric rotor. The motor serves to move the assembly about a central axis. In this manner, the hammer assembly comes into contact with the chimes to produce a pleasing sound. A control unit is coupled to the hammer assembly by way of an electric cord. The control unit includes means to control the current being delivered to the electric motor. Through the control unit the current can be shut off after a predetermined amount of time has elapsed. Additionally, the unit can alternate the frequency with which the current is delivered to produce a more random motion. An embodiment employing a solenoid in place of an electric motor is also disclosed.

Electromechanical chime

A container is provided for dispensing measured amounts of flowable solid material. The container includes a storage chamber, a measuring chamber having a predetermined volume and communicating with the storage chamber to be filled therefrom, and a dispensing chamber for receiving the measured volume of material from the measuring chamber while surplus material is returned to the storage chamber. A second measuring chamber may be provided to reduce the amount of the measured volume prior to dispensing.
