A trailer marker system including side markers and a round marker is disclosed herein. The side markers are to extend along the side of a trailer or trailer vehicle. The side markers are elongated lights, while the round marker is a circular shaped light. The side markers and round marker illuminate the surroundings of a trailer vehicle for increased safety. Importantly, each of the side markers and rear marker include lights that face down towards the roadway. This results in road markings being illuminated as to allow a driver of the trailer vehicles to safely remain on the road. Additionally, the downward facing lights found in the side markers and the rear marker help to eliminate blind spots. Blind spots when making a turn or reversing the trailer are eliminated as they are illuminated in order to allow the driver to be safer when operating the trailer vehicle.

Trailer marker system

This disclosure provides systems, methods, and apparatus related to graded thermoelectric materials. In one aspect, a method includes providing a plurality of nanostructures. The plurality of nanostructures comprise a thermoelectric material, with nanostructures of the plurality of nanostructures having first ligands disposed on surfaces of the nanostructures. The plurality of nanostructures is deposited on a substrate to form a layer. The layer is contacted with a solution containing second ligands. A ligand exchange process occurs where some of the first ligands disposed on the plurality of nanostructures are replaced with the second ligands. A first region of the layer is removed from contact with the solution so that the ligand exchange process does not occur in the first region of the layer, with the ligand exchange process occurring in the layer in contact with the solution. The layer is then removed from contact with the solution.

Graded thermoelectric materials

A tree examining system is provided which employs a thermographic image which electronically differentiates individual areas of a total area of a tree by areas according to temperature differential. Pixels in individual areas determined as abnormal are assigned a color which differentiates them from adjacent areas determined as normal. A displayable colorized image thereby produced provides a map viewable by a user to cut or trim the tree to remove the abnormal areas shown colorized therein.

Device and method for tree health assessment

Selective catalytic reduction filter (SCRF) devices and systems incorporating the same are provided. Systems can include an exhaust gas source, an exhaust gas conduit capable of receiving an exhaust gas stream from the exhaust gas source, and an SCRF device in fluid communication therewith. The SCRF device can include a filter, a selective catalytic reduction (SCR) catalyst disposed on at least portion of the filter, and a soot oxidizing catalyst (SOC) material disposed on at least a portion of one or more of the filter and the SCR catalyst. The SOC material can include one or more transition metal oxides, excluding platinum group metals. The SOC material can include one or more of a titanium oxide, an iron oxide, a tungsten oxide, a cerium oxide, and acidic zirconia. The SOC material can be in amorphous form. The SOC material can be biased towards to the upstream side of the filter.

The sink system () includes a sink support frame () for supporting a sink (). A vertical adjustment mechanism () secured between the sink support frame () and a rear wall () permits selective vertical movement of the sink support frame (). A horizontal adjustment mechanism () secured between the sink support frame () and the sink () permits selective horizontal movement of the sink () away from and toward the rear wall (). Flexible cold and hot water delivery lines () and a flexible drain pipe () are secured between the rear wall () and a bottom surface of the sink. Vertical and horizontal movement of the sink () greatly facilitates use of the sink () by elderly and disabled persons using a wheelchair () and/or a walker. A two-sink cabinet embodiment () is also disclosed.

The system () includes a product engager (), a transporter () and a patterned depositor () for engaging products () and transporting the products () from the product engager () to the patterned depositor (), such as between a product bagging machine () that forms and fills a bag (), a conveyor that transports the bags as the products () and delivers them to a case packing machine as the patterned depositor (). The product engager () and the patterned depositor () include first and second drivers () and the transporter () includes an adjustable-length buffer () to compensate for any temporary difference between a first product delivery rate of the product engager () and a rate of movement of the products () passing from the product engager () along the transporter () to the patterned depositor ().

A solute concentration measurement device is disclosed. The device may comprise a filter membrane, an exchange chamber, a sensing chamber, a separator, and a sensor. The device may be configured to be placed in fluid communication with a sample solution containing a solute and a solvent. The filter membrane may provide selective fluid communication between the solution and the exchange chamber. The separator may separate the exchange chamber from the sensing chamber and cause a change in a condition of the sensing chamber corresponding to a change of a condition of the exchange chamber. The sensor may sense the condition pertaining to the sensing chamber and calculate the concentration of the sample solution corresponding to this change.

Solute concentration measurement device and related methods

An improved HVAC system is provided for the delivery of a temperature controlled air supply via one or more air curtains provided at windows, doors and walls. The air curtains create a double layer of insulation over the surface of a window, door or wall. The invention provides for the use of the temperature controlled air flow from the air curtain to directly affect the interior room temperature. The invention provides an improved system for continuous cleaning the recycled air through the use of a wet electrostatic precipitator in the HVAC air flow, as well as providing a higher speed mode for the air curtain to prevent the inflow of particles and contaminants from outside of the building, when windows or doors are open. The invention may be installed on existing construction, or incorporated as part of new construction.

There is provided a method for producing a price competitive health care system. A website, which is hosted on a computer server, is created for establishing a health care network. Providers are solicited to join the health care network and a plurality of providers apply by sending applications, including credentials, to the website from the providers' computers via the internet. The credentials of the providers are examined. Those with appropriate credentials are approved. The approved providers send to the website a number equal to the percentage of a known index which the approved providers are willing to charge for their goods and/or services. The website is accessed by patients who may be interested in purchasing the services or the goods of one or more of the approved providers, which access is accomplished from the patients' computers via the internet.

Indexed competition health care network method

An efficient, broadband, underwater acoustic transducer having nominally a quasi-omnidirectional radiation pattern is realized with a plurality of thin walled radially vibrating hollow spherical piezoelectric transduction elements aligned axially. Each spherical transduction element is progressively smaller in diameter so as to enhance the combined frequency coverage and achieve the desirable radiation pattern. The transduction elements may be excited individually, or together electrically in series or in parallel combinations.

A pelvic support unit is coupled to a base by a powered vertical force actuator mechanism. A torso support unit, which is affixed to the patient independently of the pelvic support unit, is connected to the base by one or more powered articulations which are actuable around respective axes of motion. A control unit is coupled to these sensors and, responsive to signals from them, selectively control the displacement actuator and articulation(s).
