A seat assembly for a vehicle that is rotatable and removable. The seat assembly includes a seat bottom and a mounting assembly having a first portion that releasably attaches the seat bottom to the vehicle and a second portion. The second portion permits rotation of the seat bottom relative to the first portion and the vehicle and permits translation of the seat bottom relative to the first portion and the vehicle.

Swivel seating system

The present invention provides a storage enclosure for a motor vehicle within the interior of the motor vehicle. The invention also provides a work station that defines the top portion of the enclosed storage area. This top work surface is pivotally attached to the upper area of the storage enclosure and provides access to the enclosed interior volume of the area. The work surface area is preferably a trifurcated work station. The work surface area that provides a top to the interior storage unit may be fully unfolded to provide an extended work surface area by a user. When the storage area is covered, the closure may form a supportive platform for use as a work station. This work station provides a flat surface area and includes a holding compartment that nests within the flat surface area. The support platform may by pivoted to allow access to the storage enclosure.

Underseat storage arrangement

An automotive seat assembly for a compartmentalized pull-out armrest assembly includes a cover, an armrest storage compartment, and a seat cushion With an understorage compartment. The armrest storage compartment includes maneuverable dividers for changing the storage compartment as desired, a removable coin holder and a power supply. The armrest assembly can be positioned so as to provide yet a third seat.

Armrest storage

A center console member for a vehicle seating assembly is provided. The console member includes a first compartment member, a second compartment member and a lid member. The first compartment member is formed in the shape of a container having an open bottom and a partially open top. The second compartment member is formed in the shape of a container having an open top. The second compartment member is pivotably coupled to the first compartment member and overlies the partially open top when placed in a closed position. The lid member is coupled to the second compartment member and overlies the open top when placed in a closed position. Additional storage cavities may be incorporated into the console member, including cavities in the top portion of the first compartment member or in the front or rear sidewalls of the first compartment member.

Double tiered center console

A combination seat and armrest comprised of a support structure, which may be in the form of a container having an open top and bottom, and two cushion members which are pivotally connected to the support structure. Each cushion member may be pivoted between a generally flat position in which the second cushion member overlies the first and a generally upright position in which a storage compartment defined on the sides by the support structure may be accessed by front seated vehicle occupants. Several alternate embodiments are included which provide for additional storage or functional features, such as beverage container holders.

Combination seat and armrest with storage compartments

A vehicle modular three-across seat, or, so-called, split bench seat assembly, including two wide outboard seat structures and a narrower middle seat structure. Each outboard seat structure is supported on the floor of the vehicle by four corner anchors for independent forward and aft movement. The middle seat is supported in a fixed manner by four corner support brackets extending outwardly and downwardly to mount on the adjacent two pairs of front and rear corner anchors. The modular three-seat assembly is adapted to be installed as a unit in the vehicle by securing the four corner anchors of each of the two outboard seat structures to the vehicle floor pan.
