A tower elevating assembly generally includes a platform assembly configured to move between a first elevation position and a second elevation position, a tower having a track assembly, wherein the track assembly includes first and second track portions, each being a single continuous structure, and a carriage assembly for providing support to the platform and moving within the track. A kit for a tower elevating assembly includes a platform assembly, a tower having a track assembly, and a carriage assembly configured for coupling with the platform assembly and the tower.

Tower elevating assembly

In one embodiment of the present disclosure, a ramp and platform interface, includes a platform side defining one or more slots, the upper end of the one or more slots defined by a downwardly and inwardly extending lip; at least one support flange including a body, a lip disposed at the top edge of the body, and a flange section outwardly extending from the body, wherein the at least one support flange is selectively mounted to the platform side via the one or more slots; and a ramp section defining a support surface on a top side thereof and one or more support flange engagement structure on the bottom side thereof, wherein the ramp section is disposed in a supporting relationship with the platform side via cooperation of the flange section and the support flange engagement structure.

A kit for a lift assembly includes a platform assembly, a tower assembly having a track assembly, and a carriage assembly configured for coupling with the platform assembly and the tower assembly.

A plurality of fins is configured as dual opposing fin sets, where each fin is angled at an oblique angle with respect to a plane passing perpendicularly through the central axis and each fin set comprises at least three angled fins attached to the pivot housing so as to be symmetrically located opposite the other dual opposing fin set with the pivot housing centered between the dual opposing fin sets. A feeder jar housing integrated into each of the dual opposing fin sets central fin. A pivot cable is inserted through the central hole and a bearing element it is attached to a bottom end of the pivot cable within the pivot housing. A hanger is attached to a top end of the pivot cable.

The extension section has proximal and distal sloping portions that converge at a juncture forming an obtuse angle therebetween.

A folding ramp () generally includes at least first and second ramp sections (and), and a first hinge assembly () coupling the first and second ramp sections. The first hinge assembly includes adjacent first and second collars (A andB), wherein a first portion of a tongue and groove coupling device (A) of the first collar is coupled to a second portion of the tongue and groove coupling device (A) of the first ramp section and a first portion of a tongue and groove coupling device (B) of the second collar is coupled to a second portion of a tongue and groove coupling device (B) of the second ramp section. Folding ramp

A cover adapted to surround and protect a fabric awning when rolled to the stored position. In a preferred embodiment, a flexible sheet metal strip is mounted directly on the awning, on the upper surface thereof, generally adjacent the structure on which the awning is mounted. The metal sheet covers a laterally extending segment of the awning such that, when the awning is rolled, the metal sheet is rolled over the outer surface of the rolled awning. The metal sheet is mounted on the awning by means of interconnecting members positioned on opposite sides of the awning surface which, when engaged, capture and hold a portion of the awning without perforating it.
