A device may determine a plurality of link settings for a communication link within a time sensitive network. The device may determine a threshold value for the communication link based on the plurality of link settings. The device may determine a current value of a parameter of the communication link based on the plurality of link settings. The device may compare the current value of the parameter to a threshold value. Responsive to the current value of the parameter being less than the threshold value, the device may successively update a link setting of the plurality of link settings to cause the current value of the parameter to approach the threshold value.

A geographically-limited, operator-independent mapping table is used that maps between groups of V2X applications each associated with a different application category and a different RAT preferred for the V2X application category. Each grouping is based on fulfillment of one or more KP Is for the associated V2X application category. Multiple RA Ts are prioritized if able to fulfill the KP Is. The mapping table is modified based on the RATs supported by the V2X UE. Carrier aggregation is used when simultaneous transmission on different RATs is desired.

An apparatus used in a non-Access Point Station (non-AP STA), includes processor circuitry configured to cause the non-AP STA to, when there is urgent data that must be transmitted in uplink without waiting for a scheduled slot: generate a Protocol Data Unit (PDU) from the urgent data; and transmit the PDU on a resource unit pre-assigned for urgent transmission, wherein the resource unit is multiplexed for uplink transmission from multiple non-AP STAs.

For example, an apparatus may include logic and circuitry configured to cause a wireless communication Access Point (AP) to allocate at least one Time Sensitive Networking (TSN) enabled (TSN-enabled) Target Wakeup Time (TWT) Service Period (SP) based on one or more timing requirements of a TSN schedule of at least one TSN stream for at least one wireless communication station (STA); to transmit a TWT scheduling message to schedule the TSN-enabled TWT SP, the TWT scheduling message including an indication that the TSN-enabled TWT SP is restricted to only TSN communications; and, during the TSN-enabled TWT SP, to communicate one or more frames of the at least one TSN stream with the at least one STA.
