Systems and methods for authentication using radio frequency tags are disclosed. In one embodiment, a method for approving a requested operation from a secondary user of a resource that is controlled by a primary user may include (1) a back end comprising at least one computer processor receiving, from a mobile application that is executed by a mobile device associated with a secondary user, a requested operation involving a resource that is controlled by a primary user; (2) the back end receiving a unique identifier from the secondary user mobile application, the unique identifier being read by the mobile application from a tag associated with the secondary user; (3) the back end determining that the received unique identifier matches a stored unique identifier that is associated with the secondary user; and (4) the back end approving the requested operation and communicating the approval to the secondary user mobile application.

Systems and methods for authentication using radio frequency tags

Methods and systems for managing and maintaining a library including organized categories of legal clauses for access by a user in a network computing environment. A clause library manager is provided for identifying a clause for inclusion in a library including multiple clauses. A clause profile including identifying information associated with the clause is generated for the identified clause. A rating is determined for the clause and added to the clause profile. The clause is categorized into a clause category based on the clause profile.

In one embodiment, a method includes receiving an indication that a user has initiated a transaction and determining whether location information identifying a location of the transaction was received. A first attribute package of a plurality of attribute packages of the user may be identified based on customized rules and, if received, based on the location information. An identification of the first attribute package may be sent to the user's client system as a recommended payment attribute package for processing the transaction. In response to the identification of the first attribute package, the transaction may be opened, and a payment attribute package for the transaction may be set to the first attribute package. The transaction may be held open for a predetermined period of time to allow the user to modify the payment attribute package for the transaction to a different attribute package.

Processing transactions using convertible optimized attribute packages

Systems and methods for location determination using radio frequency tags are disclosed. In one embodiment, a method may include (1) a back end server receiving, from a RF sensor in a network comprising a plurality of RF sensors, a unique identifier for a sensed tag and an identifier for the RF sensor; (2) the back end server retrieving a location of the RF sensor based on the sensor identification; (3) the back end server associating a sensed tag location with the location; (4) the back end server retrieving authorization information for the sensed tag based on the unique identifier; and (5) the back end server determining that the sensed tag is authorized to be in the location.
