The described Concrete Form Brace With Multi-Depth Rebar Positioning is comprised of opposing attachment members, which secure the brace to the concrete form elements. The attachment members have a first top end, and a second bottom end. The corresponding bottom ends of the attachment members are connected by a spanning element, which spans the width of the concrete form. The attachment members and spanning element are further connected by a plurality of reinforcing struts. Rebar attachment means at multiple vertical depths within the concrete form are integrated or connected to the reinforcing struts to provide rebar securement means at multiple depths within the poured concrete. The preferred embodiment also features vertical spacing between horizontally placed rebar to accommodate 'L' shaped vertical rebar placement for applications where vertical rebar is specified.

A brace for concrete forms employing first and second form elements includes at least one attachment member adapted and constructed to secure the brace to at least one of the form elements. A span member is connected to the at least one attachment member, and has a length sufficient to hold the first and second form elements apart. At least one article securing mechanism secures the article associated with the concrete form to the brace.

A processor for processing integrated circuit wafers, semiconductor substrates, data disks and similar units requiring very low contamination levels. The processor has an interface section which receives wafers in standard wafer carriers. The interface section transfers the wafers from carriers onto novel trays for improved processing. The interface unit can hold multiple groups of multiple trays. A conveyor having an automated arm assembly moves wafers supported on a tray. The conveyor moves the trays from the interface along a track to several processing stations. The processing stations are accessed from an enclosed area adjoining the interface section.

Apparatus that controls its cable on its cable take-up drum, the apparatus ncluding pressure rollers supported by flexible spring steel members, a flexible spring steel member around each end of the cable take-up drum, two ends of each flexible member being pulled together by a pair of adjustable links, the pressure rollers applying pressure on the cable as the cable is being wound on to or off of the cable take-up drum.
