An aqua-ozone hygienization system enables hygienization of items through selectable treatment modes: atomized mist for non-wetting deodorization, spray for wetting disinfection, and immersion for purifying, deodorizing, and disinfecting. The system includes a tank with a platform configured to support items and form a water reservoir below. An electrochemical generator produces ozonated concentrate liquid, while a circulating pump delivers the liquid to a switchable nozzle, enabling misting or spraying. The platform may be stationary or retractable, facilitating immersion by accumulating liquid above the platform or lowering items into the reservoir. Egress ports manage liquid flow, ensuring proper drainage post-treatment. Integrated sensors monitor liquid levels and ozone concentration, while a control system automates operations, offering precise treatment customization. This versatile system is ideal for environments requiring efficient, safe, and adaptable cleaning, such as fitness centers, laundromats, and homes, promoting hygiene without harmful byproducts.

Aqua-ozone hygienization

An aqua-ozone hygienization system is disclosed, including a tank configured to hold an item for treatment. The system enables user selection between three hygienization methods: a non-wetting atomized mist for deodorization, a wetting spray for disinfection, or an immersion for comprehensive purification, deodorization, and disinfection. A platform within the tank forms a water reservoir beneath it and provides a top surface for item placement. The system includes an electrochemical generator that produces ozonated concentrate liquid from water, supplied by a circulating pump drawing from the reservoir. A nozzle connected to the electrochemical generator is switchable between dispensing the ozonated concentrate liquid as either an atomized mist or spray. During operation, the liquid is either misted or sprayed onto the item, or accumulates on the platform to immerse the item, depending on the selected treatment method.

The present invention relates to a microfoaming aqueous ozone disinfection system that comprises an aqueous ozone generator that receives water, a microfoaming agent, and an electrochemical generator that comprises an ion exchange material. The electrochemical generator is integrated into the aqueous ozone generator. The electrochemical generator receives the water and generates from the water an ozonated concentrate liquid. The microfoaming aqueous ozone disinfection system also comprises a mixer that blends the microfoaming agent with the ozonated concentrate liquid creating a microfoaming ozonated liquid that is dispensed for use in disinfecting one or more surfaces. Replaceable cartridges can include the microfoaming agent. The system can data communicate with remote data processing resources, including communicating when it is time to replace the cartridge.

Microfoaming aqueous ozone disinfection

The present invention relates to a method of disinfecting a fluid transmission line. The method includes the steps of initiating the flow of water into an aqueous ozone generator, generating an ozonated concentrate liquid by way of an electrochemical generator which comprises an ion exchange material. The electrochemical generator is integrated into the aqueous ozone generator. The electrochemical generator receives the water and generates from the water the ozonated concentrate liquid. The method continues by generating the flow of a microfoaming ozonated liquid by ratiometrically mixing a microfoaming agent with the ozonated concentrate liquid and disinfecting a fluid transmission line by dispensing the microfoaming ozonated liquid through the fluid transmission line. Replaceable cartridges can include the microfoaming agent. The system can data communicate with remote data processing resources, including communicating when it is time to replace the cartridge.

The present invention relates to a system and method of deodorizing air using aqueous ozone as a catalyst. Water is delivered to an electrochemical ozone generator which forms aqueous ozone gas, oxygen gas, and hydrogen gas. The first treatment stage oxidizes airflow extracted from a surrounding environment by combining the airflow with the aqueous ozone gas, oxygen, and hydrogen forming an oxidized airflow. A second stage deodorizes the oxidized airflow to form a deodorized airflow with hydroxide molecules that are created by combining the oxidized airflow with ultraviolet light, titanium oxide particles, and sintered columnar manganese dioxide particles. Residual aqueous ozone gas is converted to oxygen by interaction with the titanium oxide particles and the sintered columnar manganese dioxide particles. The deodorized airflow is vented back to the surrounding environment with ozone gas at or below the human-safe permissible level.

Deodorizing air using aqueous ozone as a catalyst

The present invention relates to food preparation disinfection treatment methods that disinfect fruits or vegetables, and food preparation surfaces during the preparation of food items in a restaurant environment. The methods include steps such as creating an ozonated concentrate liquid by way of an aqueous ozone generator, disinfecting fruit or vegetables by immersion in the ozonated concentrate liquid, disinfecting one or more of a food preparation surface by misting the ozonated concentrate liquid onto the food preparation surface, neutralizing the odor of the plant tissue by misting the ozonated concentrate liquid onto the plant tissue at periodic mist intervals, and other steps and features including being able to disinfect and oxygenate lettuce in prepackaged produce packaging.

Food preparation disinfection treatment methods

The present invention relates to post-harvest lettuce treatment methods that use aqueous ozone to disinfect, extend vitality, and reduce the amount of lettuce used in food preparation. The methods include steps such as creating an ozonated concentrate liquid by way of an aqueous ozone generator, removing pesticide residues from lettuce by a rinse in the ozonated concentrate liquid, disinfecting the lettuce by immersion in the ozonated concentrate liquid, oxygenating lettuce plant tissue to reinvigorate the lettuce, neutralizing the odor of the plant tissue by misting the ozonated concentrate liquid onto the plant tissue at a periodic mist interval, and other method steps and features including being able to disinfect and oxygenate lettuce in prepackaged produce packaging.

Post-harvest lettuce treatment methods

The present invention relates an aqueous ozone disinfection system. An aqueous ozone generator receives water and an electrochemical medium catalyst that are combined forming a mixture. An electrochemical generator includes an ion exchange material and is integrated into the aqueous ozone generator. The electrochemical generator receives the mixture, and generates from the mixture an ozonated concentrate liquid. An electrochemical medium catalyst governor regulates the ratiometric mixture of amount of the electrochemical medium catalyst in the water, controlling the conductivity of the water, within a desired conductivity range, enhancing the electrochemical production of aqueous ozone by the electrochemical generator. And, a flow governor regulates an aqueous ozone production dwell time of the mixture through the electrochemical generator, controlling an ozone concentration level of the ozonated concentrate liquid within a desired ozone concentration range.

Aqueous ozone disinfection system

The present invention relates to an aqueous ozone floor disinfection system. A floor cleaning machine traverses a floor surface entering a pre-hygienic zone prior to cleaning, cleaning within a midst-hygienic zone for a cleaning period, and moving away from the midst-hygienic zone creating a post-hygienic zone. An aqueous ozone generator receives water and generates an ozonated concentrate liquid. A post-hygienic mixer ratiometrically blends the ozonated concentrate liquid and water to form a post-hygienic ozone disinfection solution having a predetermined post-hygienic ozone treatment concentration. A post-hygienic nozzle spray of the post-hygienic ozone disinfection solution onto the post-hygienic zone portion of the floor surface for at least the post-hygienic treatment time absent agitation or removal by the floor cleaning machine improving disinfection of the floor surface. The service life of the aqueous ozone generator can be tracked and the disinfected floor surface can be GPS geofenced.
