A tubular passage for poured concrete decks has an intumescent tube held in a two-part, clamshell base by a bottom clip. A first tube engages the base's top to clamp a funnel shaped, diaphragm seal to the base. The first tube has spaced, radially extending, parallel ridges at predetermined distances from the base. Longitudinal channels separate the ridges. An extension tube has inward extending lugs passing along the channels to engage various ridges when rotated to fix the passage length. The extension engages the base bottom for corrugated deck supports. A cap with repositionable, locating filaments closes either tube.

Clamp or clip on tensioning attachments, devices, apparatus and methods that mount to a toilet water tank reservoir. The tensioning attachments place downward pressure and tension on the toilet handle arm inside of the tank to prevent the internal flapper from being stuck in a raised position which causes the toilet to be constantly running after being flushed and also keeping tension on the handle arm which keeps the arm rigid not allowing it to loosen which in turn can cause the flapper chain to get hung up in the arm when the arm is lose causing the flapper not to seal as intended. Cleaner adapters can hang from the tensioner devices to clean water inside of the toilet bowl.

Tub box systems, apparatus and methods of assembling in concrete floors under bath tubs. Tub boxes with water sealing members can include troughs/gutters about the perimeter edges of the tub box which collect water leakage between the tub box and concrete floors. Raised ribs on the outside of the tub boxes block water flowing on the surfaces of the tub box from reaching lower drain lines. Water barrier rings with flat outwardly extending sides and concentric raised ridges which attach about downwardly projecting drain bases underneath the tub box further prevent water leaks running down the drain bases. Fire stop material can be clipped about the drain bases and expand from heat to prevent fire from traveling upward around the drain lines in the concrete floors under bathtubs.

Devices, apparatus, systems and methods of installing one-piece sleeve assemblies corrugated decks in floors that are used for plumbing, mechanical, electrical and miscellaneous pipe applications, against water, fire and smoke. A one-piece sleeve assembly combines a resilient sealing member with perimeter extending side walls extending from a central opening that gets poured in place during the concrete pour on the corrugated deck that forms a water, fire and smoke sealed opening about the resilient sealing member and also allows for expansion and contraction of the concrete that surrounds the resilient member, a deck base having outwardly extending wings about a central opening that is aligned with the central opening of the resilient member, and clipped fire stop material that encircles a portion of the central opening of the deck base. The one piece sleeve assembly is installed in a cut out opening the corrugated deck floor so that concrete can then be poured onto the deck about the one-piece assembly. A pipe positioned through the one piece sleeve assembly is sealed in place, by that positioning, so that an outer perimeter of the pipe is sealed against allowing water, smoke and fire to pass around the pipe through the floor and allowing for expansion and contraction of the pipe that passes through the device, and fire and smoke is further prevented from passing about the outer perimeter by the fire stop material which expands from heat.

Corrugated deck sealing devices, apparatus, systems and methods of installation

Presealed System device for walls, floors and roofs. The Presealed System device forms pre-selected openings in floors and walls and roofs in buildings and/or houses and/or during remodeling projects for allowing plumbing pipes and/or electrical conduits to pass therethrough. The devices include stacked or side by side PVC type sleeves with an inwardly protruding portion of a resilient member such as a t cross-sectional shaped washer separating the sleeves from one another. The resilient member also includes a rearwardly extending portion which extends into the walls and floors that can have ridges thereon, and additional portions which are adjacent to exterior sides of the sleeves. Pipes and conduits placed into the openings through the devices are sealed by the inwardly protruding portions of the resilient members and the seal is maintained during expansion and contraction of the boundary layer that occurs during daytime and nighttime temperature changes and heating and cooling conditions. A fire stop can be additionally added onto one exterior end of the sleeves to help prevent fire from spreading through the pre-formed opening between the boundary. Methods of installing the device prior to pouring the floor and/or forming the wall allow for caps to be placed on exterior open end(s) of at least one of the sleeves, where the cap(s) is removed prior to installing the plumbing pipe and/or electrical conduit through the device.
