In one or more embodiments described herein, device, computer-implemented methods, and/or computer program products that facilitate automated survey results generation from an image are provided. According to an embodiment, a system can comprise a memory that stores computer executable components and a processor that executes the computer executable components stored in the memory. The computer executable components can comprise an image capturing component that captures a first sample image. The computer executable components can further comprise an image processing component that processes the first sample image to determine a survey count, wherein the survey count indicates a number of times a survey image was identified in the first sample image. The computer executable components can further comprise an authentication component that adjusts the survey count based on detection of a discrepancy.

Automated survey results generation from an image

The method includes receiving a first set of data from a first client device. The method further includes determining a first topic from the first set of data. The method further includes generating a first productivity value for the first topic. The method further includes receiving a second set of date data from a second client device. The method further includes determining a second topic from by the second set of data. The method further includes generating a second productivity value for second set of data. The method further includes comparing the first topic to the second topic. The method further includes in response to comparing the first topic and the second topic and determining the difference between the first productivity value and the second productivity value is above a threshold value, triggering an action.

In an approach to determining an introduction of a user in a meeting, one or more computer processors retrieve a document containing information associated with a user, wherein the document includes one or more fragments describing the user. The one or more computer processors determine an audience of a meeting associated with the user. The one or more computer processors determine a description of the meeting. The one or more computer processors prioritize one or more of the one or more fragments, based, at least in part, on the audience of the meeting and on the description of the meeting. The one or more computer processors select one or more of the one or more fragments for the introduction of the user in the meeting, based, at least in part, on the prioritization of the one or more fragments.

Greeting agent for meeting introductions

A private message can be delivered by a computer system to a user in an environment, using a display in the environment, a user device, and sensors in the space. The device is detected and connected to a system once it enters a space. A private message is directed to the device and it is received by the system, which notifies the device that the message has been received. The user can then look up at a device to display the message and the system can determine where the user is looking, in order to deliver the message using rapid serial visual presentation to the user on the display device.

A method for interpreting interpersonal communication includes monitoring a first interaction between two or more individuals using a set of monitoring devices including a camera, a microphone, and the like. A culture and personality type of at least one individual is identified based on the monitored first interaction. First cultural/personality profile information specific to the identified culture and personality type is retrieved from a database of cultural/personality profile information. A second interaction between the two or more individuals is monitored using the set of monitoring devices. A first facial expression, gesture, vocal intonation, or indication of emotional state derived from biometric data of the at least one individual is identified based on the monitored second interaction. The identified first expression is interpreted using the first cultural/personality profile information. The interpretation of the identified first expression is communicated to a user.

Identification and verification of factual assertions in natural language

A system and method and computer program product for exposing a photoresist film with patterns of finer resolution than can physically be projected onto the film in an ordinary image formed at the same wavelength. A hologram structure containing a set of resolvable spatial frequencies is first formed above the photoresist film. An illuminating wavefront containing a second set of resolvable spatial frequencies is projected through the hologram, forming a new set of transmitted spatial frequencies that expose the photoresist. The transmitted spatial frequencies include sum frequencies of higher frequency than is present in the hologram or illuminating wavefront, increasing the resolution of the exposing pattern. Designing lithographic masks further includes fabricating the hologram and projecting the illuminating wavefront. A simple personalization based on Talbot fringes and plasmonic interference is further performed.

System and method for projection lithography with immersed image-aligned diffractive element

Embodiments of the present invention provide a method for performing lumped-process model calibration. The method includes creating a plurality of sub-process models for a set of sub-processes; creating a lumped-process-model incorporating said set of sub-processes; calculating a first set of output patterns from a set of test patterns by using said plurality of sub-process models; calculating a second set of output patterns from said set of test patterns by using said lumped-process-model; and adjusting process parameters used in said lumped-process-model to calculate said second set of output patterns to match said first set of output patterns. A computer system for performing the lumped-process model calibration is also provided.

A topcoat material for applying on top of a photoresist material is disclosed. The topcoat material comprises at least one solvent and a polymer which has a dissolution rate of at least 3000 &#x212b;/second in aqueous alkaline developer. The polymer contains a hexafluoroalcohol monomer unit comprising one of the following two structures: wherein n is an integer. The topcoat material may be used in lithography processes, wherein the topcoat material is applied on a photoresist layer. The topcoat material is preferably insoluble in water, and is therefore particularly useful in immersion lithography techniques using water as the imaging medium.

A method of forming an image in a photoresist layer. The method includes, providing a substrate; forming the photoresist layer over the substrate; forming a contamination gettering topcoat layer over the photoresist layer, the contamination gettering topcoat layer including one or more polymers and one or more cation complexing agents; exposing the photoresist layer to actinic radiation through a photomask having opaque and clear regions, the opaque regions blocking the actinic radiation and the clear regions being transparent to the actinic radiation, the actinic radiation changing the chemical composition of regions of the photoresist layer exposed to the radiation forming exposed and unexposed regions in the photoresist layer; and removing either the exposed regions of the photoresist layer or the unexposed regions of the photoresist layer. The contamination gettering topcoat layer includes one or more polymers, one or more cation complexing agents and a casting solvent.

Immersion lithography contamination gettering layer

A method is disclosed for forming an array of focusing elements for use in a lithography system. The method involves varying an exposure characteristic over an area to create a focusing element that varies in thickness in certain embodiments. In further embodiments, the method includes the steps of providing a first pattern via lithography in a substrate, depositing a conductive absorber material on the substrate, applying an electrical potential to at least a first portion of the conductive absorber material, leaving a second portion of the conductive material without the electrical potential, and etching the second portion of the conductive material to provide a first pattern on the substrate that is aligned with the first portion of the conductive absorber material.

System and method for fabrication and replication of diffractive optical elements for maskless lithography

A method is disclosed for creating a permanent pattern on a substrate. The method includes the steps of providing an array of photon sources, each of which provides a photon beam, providing an array of focusing elements, each of which focuses an associated photon beam from the array of photon sources onto a substrate, and creating a permanent pattern on a substrate using the array of focusing elements to respectively focus associated photon beams on the substrate.
