A disk spring may include an annular base body, a central longitudinal axis of which defines an axial direction of the base body. A profile of the base body in a profile plane containing the central longitudinal axis may have a wave-shaped contour with two minima including a radially inner minimum and a radially outer minimum and with an intermediate maximum disposed between the two minima. The wave-shaped contour may extend from a radially inner end point to a radially outer end point. The radially inner end point may be arranged offset in the axial direction with respect to the radially outer end point.

Disk spring for a variable turbine geometry of an exhaust gas turbocharger

The present disclosure relates to an exhaust gas turbocharger, for example for a motor vehicle. The exhaust gas turbocharger includes a turbine including a turbine housing and a turbine wheel, a variable turbine geometry including a vane ring and at least one adjustable guide vane, and a spring arrangement including a disc spring structured and arranged to mechanically impact the vane ring in a direction of the turbine housing. The disc spring extends in a circumferential direction with respect to a rotary axis of the turbine wheel and comprises a disc opening that extends up to a radial inside of the disc spring. A heat shield of the spring arrangement extends in the circumferential direction and is arranged on a side of the disc spring axially facing towards the vane ring.

Exhaust gas turbocharger

A method for producing a variable turbine geometry of a charging device may include inserting at least two guide blades into a blade mounting ring. The method may then include jointly machining at least two of the guide blades, in the mounted state, on respective end side of the at least two guide blades facing away from the blade mounting ring in order to produce a final shape of the end sides.
