A sustaining manipulator arm capable of being set on a ground includes a first linkage set. The first linkage set includes a first link, a second link, a first ball joint, a second ball joint, a third link, and a first elastic element. A first end of the first link is connected to a first revolution element, and the first revolution element has a first revolution direction. A first end of the second link is connected to a second revolution element. The second revolution element has a second revolution direction. The first revolution direction and the second revolution direction are the same direction, and the first revolution element and the second revolution element are on a first plane. The first ball joint is set in the first link. The second ball joint is set in the second link. A first end of the third link is connected to the first ball joint. A second end of the third link is connected to the second ball joint, and the third link is parallel to the first plane. The two ends of the first elastic element are respectively attached to the first link and the third link, and the first elastic clement makes the first linkage set reach static equilibrium.

Sustaining manipulator arm

An upper limb training device includes a first rod, a second rod, a third rod, a first resilient element, and a second resilient element. The second rod is pivoted to the first rod by a first revolution element. The third rod is pivoted to the second rod by a second revolution element. Two ends of the first resilient element respectively connect with the first rod and the third rod for providing resistance when the first rod and the second rod rotate relative to the third rod. Two ends of the second resilient element respectively connect with the first rod and the third rod for providing resistance when the first rod rotates relative to the second rod. The first revolution element is disposed between two connecting points at which the first resilient element and the second resilient element connect with the first rod.

Upper limb training device

A workpiece holder is provided inside a clean container such that when covering a housing of the clean container on a base of the clean container, the vertical slide of the workpiece holder is stopped at the base, and a locating member is continuously lowered with the housing, thereby causing the vertical slide to slide upwardly along the locating member and to turn a link, and then causing a holder member to be driven by the link to force a thrust face against workpieces, and therefore the workpieces are pushed into position in a cassette on the base. Because the vertical slide does not displace relative to the base when covering the housing on the base, neither friction nor particles are produced, and workpieces are well protected against contamination.

Workpiece holder for clean container

A wafer container having a latching mechanism utilized to lock the door of the wafer container in an airtight status. The latching mechanism comprises a cam rotated to move a link and a locking plate pivoted to one end of the link, and a guide block adapted to guide the locking plate sliding into an insertion hole in the container body of the wafer container by using a straight guide means and a curved guide means of the guide block and then to turn the locking plate about pivot rods at the link, causing the locking plate to withstand against part of the container body and to hold down the door toward the inside of the container body and to lock the door in an airtight status.
